A year ago, I purchased Skechers GOwalk Evolution Ultra - Splinter EXTRA WIDE FIT (Style # 216029WW BBK) size 10.0. These shoes were very comfortable to wear. No break in needed. I slipped into them on day one and never stopped walking. I purchased two pair so that I could alternate between them because my feet sweat a lot and the shoes need a day to air out. You have a sale going on and I cannot find this style anymore on your website so I purchased Skechers GOwalk 5 - Apprize (Style # 55510 BBK) Size 10.0 EW since I need a wide fitting shoe. The reason I choose this shoe was because the sole of the shoe is very close to the sole of the Splinter shoe. I need a sole like this for the winter months in New York. All of the other GOwalk shoes I saw have a sole that is very flat and would be too dangerous on the snow or ice. The Skechers GOwalk 5 - Apprize (Style # 55510 BBK) are not very wide like the Splinter. They fit very tightly all the way around my foot. I feel the toes have no room and the heel is very tightly held. The sides of the shoes are also very snug. On the plus side, there is less material inside the Apprize shoe which I think this would make the shoes breathe much better than the Splinter shoes. I feel if I had purchased a size 10.5, the fit would be just like the Splinter shoe fit me. I will have to wear these a bit and see how they break in.

I bought this for my hubby cuz he's a big skechers fan for over 15 years and buys the nubuck/leather casual shoe for work but wears it out too. I suggested a softer, comfy style for jeans, walking around, shopping, etc. He was hesitant and now is sold! He says this shoe (bought in tan) is very comfy, has great cushion and goes well with jeans

Shoes are very comfortable for every day use I would not like to wear them on a long walk however

Bought these for my husband who has size 12 wide feet to wear around the house as slippers as we have hard flooring. Style is good but size is big, probably could have gone down a half size and done without the wide fit, but decided to keep them anyway.

I am a delivery driver and they are very comfortable.

My plan is to stop using other shoes for in and out of the house i.e. picking up kids, quick errands, going to a friend's house. Also, fashionable and tough enough to be worn as needed.

They are great comfortable shoes, but some more work needs to be done about air cooled Goga Mat , they can get a bit hot and sticky.

Great shoe for daily wear as well as country club casual.

Oh, GoWalk...your sizes are off. I wear a 10.5 in Skechers Arch Fit and a 10 in GoWalk 4. I gave the 10.5 a shot in GoWalk 5 but man it feels like an 11! I was going to return them for 10 (and add my own Sole inserts) but when I looked at them on my feet in the mirror I didn't like what I saw. Yes, they're slip-ons, but the "tongue" sits on the ridge of my foot, nowhere near my ankle. This means that not only was the shoe too big, but it looks more like a topsider and that means you either wear no show socks or no socks at all. Ankle socks show completely and takes away from the purpose and color of the shoe, which I also didn't like. Charcoal should be black/white blend not grey. Anyway, I returned these. Good thing though is that it inspired me to go topsider instead, so I'm going for the MOREWAY - CHAPSON.
