Disappointed by the lack of communication poor customer services

Followed the free returns procedure and still waiting the refund

I was disappointed because I ordered extra wide but ended up with not so wide fitting.

Not Good Customer service not good I want me money back

I can't wear them as my foor moves forward and squashes my toes. They are the right size.

I have 2 pair; the first were size 7 and loose fit so the second pair I bought size 6.5 and if anything they seem bigger so overall I am not happy with them.

I only wear Sketchers Go Walk.. favorite shoes for past three years, size 11.5 Men's. Recent purchase is disappointing. Selected same size as before but feels too wide and half size too long. Very uncomfortable. Not sure what I can do.

Tthis has confirmed my rule of not purchasing shoes on-line - I feel like you substituted men's shoes instead of women's!!

I have bought a similar shoe in the past and still wearing them. The recent shoe purchased although noted as the same size is narrower and as such returuning the pair.
