Usually I’m a 9.5, but the 9-9.5 was way too small for me. Ended up sending them back for the 10-10.5. These shoes could be wrapped in the box a bit more carefully as they all arrived and came fresh from the box scratched and scuffed up- they almost looked like they had been worn many times (but the bottoms were pristine!) The leather is easily scratched and as they roll around in the box during shipping, they become very scuffed. I sent the second pair back because of how scuffed up they were. I decided to keep the 3rd pair. They weren’t perfect, but I was so tired of playing the send them back and reorder game. Just be aware that they will arrive scuffed and scratched- and you have to decide if you want to spend $160 on a pair of scuffed and scratched shoes.

These did not feel comfy without socks, but they sure are cute with a cute pair of socks and a pair of slacks or jeans. I'm a teacher and these are comfortable enough to wear to work on days when it's not pouring rain.

I think this shoe is so cute, and I really wanted to keep this pair! BUT, I have a bunion and arthritis in my big toes, and I thought maybe I could wear this wedge, but it was a no go. The fit was a little snug compared to other Birks I own, like the Buckley. Mostly, though, my toes could not handle the lift of the wedge. So back these will go, and I'll keep looking!

Wanted to love these. I normally wear an 8.5 and have worn 39 in many European sized shoes (dankso, birkenstocks, etc); however, the 39 feels short in the toe box. There is a little lip at the edge of the toe box that rubs my big toes. Going to return and hoping the 40 isn't too big. Otherwise, these shoes are freaking adorable!

Fit was good but rough piece of glue on inside of left shoe that rubbed when I tried them on. Will exchange and hope for a pair that doesn't have the glue!

These were the cutest shoes, and I was so sad that they didn't fit me properly. I wear a 9 (sometimes a 9.5 in athletic shoes), and with the size 40, my little toes were pressing against the front of the shoe. Although the shoes are marked "narrow," they are not. The toe box was plenty wide for my normal-width feet.

My foot swam in the size 38, 7-7.5-literally! Tried the size 37 and although it fit most everywhere, it was too short by just a tad. Adorable shoes but does not fit my foot at all. For reference I have slender- low volume feet and narrow. Also too high to walk comfortably.

First time trying these and I think I like them! However, the shoes arrived with the leather scratched on front and back so I will be either returning or exchanging them.

Super cute, but rubs blisters on the toes. So make sure you have something to protect them.

These shoes are SO CUTE! They literally are the perfect clog. However, if you have a long second toe as I do, the size is not comfortable. I ordered 38 and Im normally 7.5 and my toes felt cramped and theres a weird bump area at the toe as well. Sadly Im returning. These are really adorable if you have normal toes ;)

Beautiful sandal, but too tight at top of my foot. Sad to return them.

Love the shoes but it came all stain with the glue they used, too bad the quality control is so bad

I love this style of shoe, have it in 2 other colors, but this pair was already loose when I got them and the leather was all scuffed up like they'd been used or just tried on and banged up a lot. I still kept them and wear them, but was disappointed with Zappos.

These shoes are mostly comfortable out of the box. Sturdy leather can be a little rough on the top of high arches, but cute shoes that give me a little height.

My size 9/39 is reliable in Birkenstock. However, the raised toe “grip” was uncomfortable in this style, being positioned too far back.

I kept these but am a little sad they do not some in half sizes. My usual birkenstock size is half a size bigger in this style.

Purchased the 39 thinking they may be a better fit than the 38’s. Much too large, so a review for comfort and arch support can’t be made.

Fit well, super supportive, and comfortable. Also so cute.

I wear size 7 Wide. This shoe was 1 shoe size too big in length and the width was perfect. Very comfortable otherwise.

I was hesitant to buy these because I normally wear between 5.5 and 6, and they only had either 5-5.5 or 6-6.5 in stock. I went with the 5-5.5 based on other reviews, and it fits well! I've only worn it a bit and it needs a bit of breaking in, but I can already tell it's going to be comfortable for long days. It's also a lot cuter than I expected it to be. Very happy with this purchase!

I love the look and feel of these shoes. I could use a tad more width due to some rubbing on my pinky toe but adapt by putting on a bandage before wearing. Haven't worn as much as I'd like with working from home during the pandemic but they'll last that much longer!

I wanted so much to love these shoes. I tried them on many times and they felt incredibly comfortable (if a little wider then expected) and had great arch support, but they just looked kind of clunky. Super bummed to return them. I wanted to love them. I just never could make them work to wear them anywhere.

Nice shoe. Hard to buckle though. Too wide for my narrow foot, even though I bought a narrow.

let me start off that I ordered two Birkenstock shoes. they both came in one box. I was literally able to carry the box with two fingers. that’s how light these shoes are. and as for style and comfort? ultra cute and super comfy as I strutted around the house. however, I am typically a size 6 and so I ordered these in my size. I was able to see immediately that the shoes were too big. I will order in a lower size once my funds are refunded.

Ever since I placed the order for this pair of shoes. You could believe how excited I had been waiting for them to arrive. I this is the first Birkenstock I order. I heard a lot about how comfortable Birkenstock shoes are. This pair has the height I wanted, wedge shoes, wonderful color for summer, and best of all - closed toes! I do not wear open-toe shoes! I cannot express how disappointed I was when I had the shoes on ! Thought I could wear this pair of shoes all summer long. I ordered narrow (this was the only width it came ), size 51/2, which is my size. My good God! I was so, so disappointed! They are way to wide, way too big - like 6 - 61/2. I can't help but have to return them !
