I can only wear shoes with good arch support and I needed a pair that were a little on the dressier side. I wore these out of the box to a party where I was on my feet for several hours without pain. It's a miracle! Any other shoes would have given me sore feet and ankles for weeks. Thank you Birkenstock for making these and Zappos for sending them to me!! Only negative is that they gave me a blister on my little toe because they aren't lined. Next time I will put in some moleskin as a cushion.

Very comfortable

I am a podiatrist and these are what I wear to work! A nice professional appearance with excellent arch support. I wear them in black and also in brown. They are my go to dress shoe with a heel. No pain at the end of the day. I get lots of compliments on them. I normally wear a 38 in Birks and got these in 38 and they fit perfect. I wear them with panty hose.

Just perfect ?? I wish they had it in the cognac color.

These are my second pair. I wear the brown so often I purchased the black as well. I can walk in these all day with zero issue. Compliments each time I wear them. They look good with jeans, pants, and dresses. Can’t go wrong.

Very comfortable and cute, but look better with dress or skirt rather than pants. I wear a size 8 1/2 and in Birkinstocks, always a 39.

I have chronic foot pain the ball of my foot so have to very selective about my shoes. These are pretty comfortable (hard to beat sneakers) and stylish to boot. The cork sole makes the shoe comfy. Thank I liked them so much, I bought a 2nd pair in a different color.

Super cute! Super comfortable! I teach art to young kiddos and have to be on my feet when at school. After a full afternoon, my feet feel great and these shoes go with just about any dress casual outfit I have.

As with prior reviewers, I was a bit nervous with the “narrow “ width, but they were right. Comfy and fit perfectly. Love them

I love wedges but it is nearly impossible to find closed toe wedges. These shoes are cute and comfy with the Birkenstock footbed that molds to your feet. Plus there is a rubber sole on the bottom for traction and comfort. I work in schools and like that these shoes are quiet when I walk outside.

Perfect shoe for business casual (or casual) days! Very comfortable right out of the box. No need to break in like other Birkenstocks. Great arch support (I have plantar fasciitis so arch support is a must-have). Leather is very soft and ankle strap was comfortable.

It’s just what I wanted; has the supportive Birkenstock feel but is closed-toe. Fits me perfectly! Just taught 5 class periods in perfect comfort! Looks just a bit goofy, but suits me fine!

I ordered these in a 38, which is my Birk sandal size and they fit perfect. They are so cute, and very comfortable. Great for someone who wants a heel but doesn't want a true heel... the wedge gives a little lift but not too high ,and stable to walk on! I will say, the first few times wearing them i had some rubbing on the tops of a couple toes BUT after continued wear and breaking in I suppose, they are fine. No more rubbing. Have recieved a lot of compliments too!
