It's hard to believe the support in this shoe was made in Germany. Maybe the shoe was a second. It felt like the insole and padding of the shoe was making my foot fall inward, making my knees want to knock together.

Overpriced, not enough shearling, narrow, raised instep. I own several Birks. I have a somewhat narrow instep, however, the outer instep was noticeably uncomfortable after wearing for a few minutes. The interior shearling was sparse. Not the quality or comfort I expect from this brand.

Love this shoe. Beautiful. Perfect in the winter, just to throw on to take the kids to school etc.

I love these shoes even though they turned my feet completely black every single time I wear them, and the dye does not wash off easily. What I don’t love is how after just a few wears all of the shearing is coming off of the inside. Very poorly made for such an expensive price..

The inside of the shoe has an odd arch placement that fills like a rock is under the middle of your foot. I can't wear these shoes. I wanted to love them but just can't wear them.

The fit is size down one on your normal size. Fit was good. The workmanship was awful!!!

The elastic across the top was a deal breaker. It was irritating and left a mark. I have a narrow foot with high arches.

Birkenstocks never disappoint. I wanted some slip-on shoes that I could wear in the cooler weather. These are comfortable and the fur keeps your feet warm and cozy!

The shoes came with different shearling in the shoes. One was all smashed and looked grayish the other one without any signs of wear and soft and clear. These need to be returned to the manufactued because they do not match.

Unfortunately less than a year later the shearling has worn off in many areas resulting hard spots and discomfort.

shoe is very comfortable but have had it a little over 6 weeks and the shearling is already totally worn off on the inside. Too expensive for that kind of stuff to happen.

Disappointed…not what was pictured. I specifically ordered them because they were shown with grey shearling. They showed up with black. I will be returning.

My usual size fit, but it felt nothing like my other Birkenstock’s do. I wear basically only these shoes for the comfort and arch support. These had absolutely no arch support. Actually, it was so lacking that my feet rolled toward the inside. Very weird and definitely a first. Returned and of course Zappos quickly refunded. The shoes are really cute though!

Adorable. But ran too big. Sent back via UPS 3 weeks ago and I have yet to be credited.

I ordered these and the Boston Shearling. I am a 39 Narrow in the Arizona's. The 39s in the Buckley fit bigger and floppier while the 39 in the Boston's were too short. The Buckley has no way to really adjust the top of the shoe to customize the fit. Much less comfortable than the Boston's. Wish Birkenstock's sizing was more consistent.

I have about 10 pair of Birkenstock and all of them are size 38. I bought these in a size 38. They were very narrow and way too short on my feet. I think I would need 1 or 2 sizes bigger for length and definitely a wider width. These are going back.
