Frustrating time with this purchase. Loved the style. Color is awesome. Sizing is crazy. Normally I wear a 7. Size 38 was so large, I could walk right out of them. Size 37 was was too small and super narrow. Thank goodness for Zappos superior customer service and generous return policy. Both pairs went back and no new birkies for me?

I wear Romika and Naot and was looking for a slide to wear with winter socks. I am 5'10" tall and wear a size 11narrow. Unfortunately, my foot volume is way too thin/low for these shoes. The length was ok but I was swimming in the shoe even though it is marked as narrow. Consider not only the size and width but the volume of your foot if you order these.

A horrible fit, the elastic at the instep is so loose the shoe will not stay on easily, you have to grip your toes to keep it on. A very cheap feeling shoe for Birks.

I was very disappointed in the color. It was much lighter than the color shown on the website. It looked like it was navy blue on the website (midnight) but it was more like a dusty blue. Also the shoes were not in a Birkenstock box. There was no literature showing it was Birkenstock. I have bought many Birkenstock shoes from Zappos and they all came in Birkenstock boxes with Birkenstock tags. I do not intend to buy any more Birkenstocks from Zappos.

I have worn a size 42N Birkenstock for 30 years. They have always fit perfectly. I measured these against my Boston clogs I bought in January and they were a full half inch shorter. I'm so bummed! They're adorable, but completely unwearable.

These are so disappointing! I have high arches and live in the traditional Birkenstock Arizona and EVA. I have several pairs of the clogs as well and while they are supportive, I’ve never loved the style. So I was very excited about these. Unfortunately, they just don’t live up to the Birkenstock standard for me. The footbed seems thinner and there is NO arch support. I wore these for 1/2 an hour and pull my arch and have a sore spot in the top of my foot.

Love the denim blue. I ordered size 40 because I already have a pair but they have a Sherpa lining. So when I got these in the same size they were too big. So I’m exchanging them for a smaller size.

I love Birkenstock shoes and these do not disappoint. They are comfortable and stylish. They fit true to size. I loved them so much I got the nubuck colors blue, gray, and pink.

I love the Birkenstock Buckley! It fits perfectly, feels extremely comfortable on my feet, and looks adorable. Would definitely purchase again.

comfy, good indoor shoe

Love these Birks! I have several pair of sandals, but needed something with more coverage for cooler weather. I’m currently in a knee brace and can’t reach shoes to tie them so these were perfect. I’ll continue wearing them after I can tie shoes again :)

Birkenstocks are always good

Just got and love them. So glad they came in Normal also and not just narrow. In most shoes I wear a 7.5-8. In these 6-6.5. Not sure why. I have wide feet also. Wish I could get more colors!!

These are my go-to shoes. They are comfortable enough for running errands and also can be worn to the office with the right pants. I live in my Birkenstock sandals during the summer and am glad I found an alternate shoe for the winter. I vacillated on whether or not to purchases these. I am thrilled I did!

I actually did not expect to like the Buckley clogs and thought I'd be returning them, but they are much cuter than the Boston, lighter than I recall my last pair of closed-toe Birkenstocks were, and really comfortable (I ordered the black suede and the suede is really soft). I wore them three days straight, right out of the box, with a skirt and then jeans, and now I'm considering ordering another color!

Perfect color (taupe), great fit. Narrow fits perfect even though my feet aren’t super narrow.

I have narrow feet and this one fits perfect. I love the style and it is very comfortable.

Love these shoes--super comfortable. I was worried about ordering the "narrow" because I have wider feet, but they narrow is pretty wide and worked for me!

Although I am returning these shoes, I am still giving five stars across the comfort and style. The only reason I am returning them is that the right shoe is truly a narrow and fit great. The left shoe almost seemed like a wide or regular. Very disappointing.
