I own several pairs of Birkenstock Arizonas, in 36 and 37. The 37’s are usually a slight bit roomier than the 36’s, but the 36’s are the exact length of my foot, which means the arch and toe ridges are in just the right spot. I ordered these in 37, thinking I would have plenty of room. Maybe because they only offer the width in narrow, these didn’t fit. My toes scraped the front of the shoe when I lift my foot to step down. They also looked very small for my feet (again maybe it’s the narrow width). I’m not sure why they don’t offer these in the regular width, but definitely size up from your usual Birkenstock size. Caveat being if this is your first pair, then follow the US size guide (7 is my regular shoe size) which equates to what they say a 38 is (which I will try next).

The single biggest issue is that I go two different size shoes. The right shoe was the correct size and it was comfortable however I couldn’t figure out how the left shoe was so different until I looked at the sizes.

This is truly a narrower shoe than your typical Birkenstock. I read reviews saying that the width wasn’t really narrow, so I took a chance - but while I could certainly get my wide foot in, they were uncomfortably tight across the toe box. If your feet are average, these are probably fine. But if you typically wear Birks to enjoy the spacious width, these are not going to be the same.

The leather was very stiff & overall appearance was more slipper like . As a shoe it was dowdy looking. Returned.

I have over pronation and this particular item makes it worse. I cannot straighten my ankles when I put them on. I haven't had this problem with other Birkenstock styles.

very light weight and feel like a cheep made shoe. Size and width are true, but no space for thicker socks

I really wanted to love these, I have Birkenstock Mayori sandals which are amazing. But these just don't fit correctly. I tried 2 different sizes, the arch support was minimal and I found my foot was actually pronating in them. Have to return them.

I usually wear an 8.5 and the 39 fit perfectly. And I know other reviews warned that the shoes were narrow but I have a slightly wide foot and they fit fine BUT I got the bubblegum pink leather color (not the perforated style but solid matte light pink color) and the leather was weird and rubbery. I had to check again to make sure it wasn't the "birki-flor" plastic material. The stitching was kind of wonky and the leather looked ugly so I am returning. Maybe the suede styles are a better bet.

I bought these in a 41 based on the recommendations- I normally wear a 10 1/2 N, except in athletic shoes- then I wear an 11N. The shoes were too wide for me, even with the buckles adjusted down to the last notch. At that point i tried them on with socks, thinking they might work. They still did not feel secure on my feet and the socks made them too short. I have worn birkenstocks in the past which were able to fit my narrow feet, but these had to go back.

I love the look of these so much. Too bad they were so narrow, couldn’t even put them on.

These were huge on my feet, width-wise. I wouldn't be able to keep them on my feet. I was very disappointed as I thought this would be a good comfortable yet stylish shoe to wear with jeans.

This shoe was too big for me, though it was my normal Birkenstock size. Also, it's suede and the edges on the sides are unbound so you know it's going to stretch like crazy. Was hoping for a perfect southern CA winter shoe but this is not it.

Did not love these. Same size as my Arizona and way too big.

Not loving these like I usually do. This may be the first Birkenstocks I've returned because of not getting that good feel of comfort as soon as I walk in them. They almost feel too lightweight to me. I like that the style is improved from the bulky looking clogs, but it's not working for me.

Really liked the look, ordered Narrow which is what I wear in Birks, but theses are really wide. Sadly these are not going to work for me.

Foot in vice, so painful. Reviews said to choose the narrow option, not a good idea unless you have exceptionally skinny feet. Also sizing on these mules runs small in comparison to regular Birks, so not only were they painfully skinny but also a full size too short. I think the style is cute, but not sure if I'll bother trying to figure it out.

Beautiful shoe but my foot flopped around in it.

I know it was marked as a narrow size, but it was even narrower than other narrow birks I've had. It also had a weirdly high arch, not like any birks I've worn (and I've gone through dozens of pairs in the last 40 years). Total fail.

VERY disappointing. Though promoted as a narrow (which usually fits me in their sandals) these are way too wide for my AA width feet. The arch support also seems significantly less than In sandals and even some other shoes I have bought, and the toe grip area isn't much. To top it off the insole isn't removable, so no way to enhance the fit with an something below the included insole.

Ordered Tea Suede 2 twice, received wrong color twice. Received Tea, Not Tea 2.

Not as comfortable as my other Birks. The "flap" at the top made it uneasy to just slid my foot in and out also.

Very disappointing. They are like all Birks. well made and comfortable if they fit. They were sized extremely small. I think if you have a narrow foot and toes that are not squared off they may work but size up.

This was disappointing. Usually I love Berkinstock these were way too narrow and a full size smaller than the other styles. I'll be going back to the old styles.

These were much bigger than my other narrow 39. I think one of the two shoes might be a regular. They run at least 1/2 size larger. I'm hoping the size smaller will be a better match up.
