Very comfortable shoes, I wear these on 2-3 miles walks through the park and neighborhood. I wish I had purchased half a size smaller as these do fit a bit loose. I wear a size 9 1/2 wide in shoes and boots but these are just a bit longer and wider fitting than any other shoe of that size that I've purchased, including other Merrells. Because of this, I'll probably reserve them for the winter, wearing an extra pair of socks to fill in the space.I bought the black with smooth finish thinking they would look a bit more upscale for wearing out to casual events but, honestly, they look a bit drab. I would buy the suede finish if I had it to do over again. I do like the shoes, just a bit disappointed in the size and appearance.

My third pair. Good sturdy shoes with strong arch support. Great for hiking. After some length of time the arch support hurts my foot and I need to remove the shoe for a bit.

It cuts into my ankles along the top outside of the shoe. I hope it will get softer and more supple with wear

they are nice shoes, but after a yr. the soles separated ?

I like the overall appearance but believe the shoe is about 1/2 to 1 size larger than stated. I bought an 11 and find it loose. The sole seems narrow and thus it will roll sideways if you don't plant your foot firmly.

These are good shoes but they are a bit sloppy on me. I usually wear 13 wide but these have more room than I'm used to. The problem is not in the width but the length seems longer than my other 13s.

I thought a would try the jungle moc wide instead of the Moab moc this time. While the shoes seemed to be well made just like the Moab moc, I thought they weren't as wide and didn't fit my back heel as well. I ended up returning the jungle moc and going back to my tried and true Moab moc.

I wore my new Jungle moc on a recent trip to Turkey. Just one pair of shoes for a small luggage option. The mocs held up very well on my large tours, mesquites, short hikes, casual and no so causal dinners. Great also for airport checkpoints, also easily remove to rest your feet. The only bad thing is that the front part of my right shoe starts to peel off.

This Moc runs a little large. Merrills are the best.

Have worn jungle mocs since they first came out and have a few pairs that had the interminable squeak. I have used baby powder...which does not last and is very messy. I realized that I needed to find something that would reduce the friction between the bottom of the insert and the shoe bed. I remembered that dryer sheets reduce static electricity and feel a bit slick......and can be replaced with no problem. I put one in each shoe...between the insert and the bed and the squeak went away......never to return. Give it a try!

These are fantastic looking with all leather-more formal than most. However, for my foot, the sides around the ankle were too high and would rub into the ankle, so I had to return these.

I've been wearing Merrell Jungle Mocs for many years and worn out many pair but always replacing them with like Mocs. These particular, great looking mocs were just made or marked too small. I have always worn this size so it has to be the assembler or a mismarked size tag. ___Paul
