pretty alright to me. I wear them throughout the day and during a variety of activities from work to the gym to just hangin around. light weight and comfortable. it's what I was looking for.

Looks great and works well for traveling. Long walks are not comfortable as the sole is not designed for more than local walking. I have to walk over two miles in San Juan and the shoes felt like I was wearing bedroom slippers with no support.

They look awesome, but are perhaps not as durable as leather options.

Style over comfort as a walking shoe. Get lots of positive comments.

I have had two pairs and I love them. However the back heal rips out quickly. I have had to put duct tape on both to prevent this.

I love these shoes but. The colors faded fast and I needed arch support insoles due to foot pain on day 1.

I purchased these shoes in Ebony about 7 months ago, and they are definitely my favorite shoes! They fit great and are really comfortable, even after long walks. The only reason I couldn't give them five stars is that the shoes are have zero traction on smooth wet surfaces. I've had to catch myself to keep from falling a few times on smooth wet concrete or tile floors. Great shoes but I wish they had a different sole/tread pattern.

They took a while to wear in, initially giving my heel some problem, molding poorly and causing discomfort, but after a week or so they formed to my foot and fit really well. One star less only because the arch support and the unequal sole to main-shoe proportion makes me wish it was slightly differently engineered. Otherwise, beautiful look, really good shoe.

I like the shoes. I like the way it looks and fits on my feet. Comfy. Just need a little sole cushioning then it would be Perfecto!

They were a little bigger than my normal 9.5, but the comfort is crazy good. I love the colors. I ware them for my everyday walking around.

Size was perfect and it's hard for me to find shoes that for right at a size 10 wide. These babies are comfy and stylish for a lady who won't wear heals! I wear them at my gallery and the are like heaven on my tired feet! Would totally buy again!

Received these and tried them on, first thought was definitely not as sturdy as my other Merrell's plus I was not sold on the color combination. However after looking at them for a day I decided to give them a try and I am glad that I did. They are lightweight and very comfortable; I got them for day to day knocking around in and for that purpose they are perfect. Very glad that I gave them a shot.

Love them. Everything I hoped for when purchasing. Laces do get a little pilly pretty quickly, but other than that no complaints

The shoes are light and comfortable, and I love the style. The top of the shoe over the toes, however, is made of a very light material that wrinkles up considerably as you walk, which looks kind of bad. The greatest disappointment is the color. The shoes in the website pictures look much brighter and lighter than they are in reality. Pictures are a little misleading. Overall they are good shoes.

Nice look. I like the breathable black panel. I wouldn't use them for running though.

Only negative is the left shoe makes a sound when walking. Slightly annoying but not a huge deal.

Out the box, the shoe looked better than pics n felt even better. Although, I bragged about construction there was a flaw in glue to sole that wraps up on front. Other than that it's a super comfy fit, true to size, n very durable(other than defect).

The Alpine sneakers are comfortable and sharp looking, fun to put on in the morning. The tread makes for a great and grippy ride. I find them to be slightly larger than my other brand shoes in this size. Be nice to have half sizes in the upper size limits.

Ordered an 11.5 and should have gone with 11. Overall really good looking and comfortable shoe. Just a bit big

I like the look and feel but since we have been hunkered down during the Covid 19 lock down I haven't really put them to task yet. I bought thme because of the retro style tread and minimalist look. Takes me back to when I was a kid in the 70's. So they don't have as much padding(but still ample) like most of my other Merrells therefore they seem to be a bit lighter. So what it lacks in comfort(less comfortable than it's more bulkier counterparts) it makes up for in less weight. I give it four stars which for me is a solid shoe.
