Ordered shoes online. Shipping and return of product very easy. Two reasons why I returned them. First, they are too wide for my narrow feet. The second, and primary reason for returning, is the arch support was way too much. I felt like I was standing on my arches with my heel and toes off the ground. Much more arch support than any other Merrell shoe I have owned (and I've bought a lot of Merrell products). I wear a size 10.5 and then length was good. The looks and quality appeared good and I suppose for the proper foot the shoes will be great, they just don't work for me. For comparison, I also just bought Merrell Terramorphs size 10.5 and they fit perfect.

So disappointed. I've been wearing Bare Access shoes for years for both running and for everyday daily use. Why would Merrel decide to make the new model so narrow in the towebox. Might as well get myself a pair of Sketchers

Very comfortable right out of the box. Was able to use them comfortably with zero break in time. Good balance of comfort, weight and protection. Would easily be a 5 star shoe if the toe cap hadn't begun separating after only a few wears. Very disappointing.

Updating my previous review: I used it just about 4-5 times and it got a big tear on the front mesh. The mesh doesn't seem to be very durable. I am seeing multiple areas where it is being worn out. I am not a rough user and I have used my previous Trail Gloves for years. This shoe is super comfortable and I would really want to use it, but it just doesn't survive the trails unfortunately. Please add a more durable mesh, I love these shoes!

These were recommended by my chiropractor to help with a foot issue I have. At first they felt good but after a few hours my feet would be hurting and I couldn't finish my day in them. My chiropractor said to keep using them and it should improve. I wish they did but after a month of wearing them 40 % of the time I could never get beyond 6 hours in them without pain. The pain disappeared in minutes after I went back to a pair of Keen's.

Trail running shoe with very little cushioning or support. I can feel every pebble on the trail because the sole is so thin. No removable insole to pull out and replace with something decent. Do not recommend.
