The shoe looks and feels great. Not just saying this, it really is a great shoe. Found out my brother and his wife only wear them as well. My first pair and I will be getting more soon.

Shoe fits great and feels so good when walking. I wear them around the house currently for healthy arch support until I get some slip-on Merrill's. Always bought very expensive orthopedic shoes, but these fit the bill now, The you Merrill!!

Very comfortable shoe right out of the box. I can wear a medium or wide width shoe and the only size option for the color/length I selected was medium wide. I find this comfortably snug and anticipate it was stretch over time.

Bought a pair of these along with a pair of regular moabs. These fit like a glove and are wicked light. I wear them daily, walking dog on easy trails and walking to catch train into city.

I use these for work & the gym great for squats. I am always curious if shoes are designed for different weights of people?
My feet are a little wide an the non wide size fit perfect. Though I have bought other non wide sizes from Merrell and the don't fit..

As a healthcare worker I am scheduled 12-hour shifts and am on my feet and walking a great deal of the time. I have really struggled in finding a shoe capable of what I need. These shoes have met the criteria so far. I have much less fatigue on my legs after 3 12 hour shifts in a row. I also have less palmer foot pain at the end of the day. The shoes are roomy yet no slipping, rubbing or hot spots on your foot at the end of the day. I noticed that I also have less foot odor when I take my shoes off. I have tried Brooks, Hoka, New Balance, ASICS, Nike with no luck!
Moab Edge 2 has met my needs on a weekly basis for over 48 weeks (50 hours per week)
They are still comfortable but will probably invest in another couple pair.

Has the comfort and wearability to be expected with a Merrell shoe. I appreciate the wide width options which can be harder to find with other reputable shoe companies. Merrell is now my go-to shoe company. Thank you for a great product that lasts.

I bought these about 3 months ago, and I find myself wearing these every day. Great stability, support and comfort .. I do most of my walking on sidewalks and streets .. not much trail travel, yet.
These aren't my first pair of Merrell shoes, and certainly won't be my last. I guess my only "knock" on the pair is a weird "squeaking" sounds from the right heel when I'm walking around. Outside I can't hear it, but when I'm indoors at home or at work, I can hear it for sure .. found that on my ICE mocks, as well. Not sure if it's just a minor fit "issue" or not. This won't stop me from purchasing other Merrell shoes, however.

Not too many miles on these yet but the first couple times out were comfortable and sure footed. Wide enough for my EEE feet.

Eureka means "I have found it" in Greek...it is also defined as a cry of joy or satisfaction when one finds or discovers something.
As someone with foot drop (no dorsiflexion) in his right foot from nerve damage in my back AND with hallux rigidus in my big toes it is critical for me to find good shoes. Not just ones that feel good or look good but that actually perform well.
Merrell Moabs are excellent. The footbed is comfortable and supportive. The extra room for my toes helps a lot. And of course did I mention how comfortable they are? I bought two pair...one waterproof and one not...and they vary in weight...but I plan on using each pair for different travels and different environments....
They fit great...feel great...and I recommend them highly.

I have worn Merrell Moab Ventilators for many, many years. When I wanted a lighter shoe with more breath-ability, I bought these in the same size I have always worn. They are MUCH longer. I had to return them and order 1/2 size down. Hopefully they will work out.

I've been a fan of Merrill shoes for many years because of their quality, selection and styles. I also appreciate their 'wide width' availability.
The Moab Edge 2 certainly hit all the fight points on my list. The style and fit were right on and light weight as well. Another 5 star rating from me.

This is the second pair I bought for my father who is 82 and still on his feet everyday. He loves them for their comfort, their stability, and their style.
These shoes are also durable. I have a pair that I have been wearing for almost three years now.

Shoes seem to nice to be using in my usual work areas like I do with the regular Moabs. Not sure how they will hold up as I haven't had the hours on them yet. Well built though and lightweight.

This is my third pair of size 12 wide Merrill's. All of them have fit my very wide foot wonderfully. By the end of my first walk with the dog of 2 miles they were broken in.
I only wish that Merrell made at least one trail runner in wide.

I've exclusively worn Merrell's for perhaps 10 years as they just fit me, they wear well and I have a hard size to fit.

Loved the shoes for walking the Camino. 350 miles of training and my walk, much on cobblestones and pavement. The soles held up really well and no blisters. Lots of room in the toe box. Liked the breathability. Found that with my arch I needed to replace the insoles. Other than that, awesome.

My go-to hiking boot has been the Moab Ventilator. When it was time for a new pair I wanted something lighter weight and breathable. The Moab Edge 2 looked like it would fit the bill. I have a wide foot, so I ordered the 10.5 W shoe. As others have noted, this shoe runs large and I found that to be true. The 10.5 M fits perfectly. The shoe is very comfortable right out of the box. It didn't need any brake in time prior to my first hike. I really like the fit, comfort and light weight of the Edge 2. Another benefit is its "packability", as I travel several times a year for hiking and photography adventures. I heartily recommend the Edge 2 to others looking for a sturdy, yet light weight hiking shoe.

The Moab Edge is an excellent value. My only disappointment is the lace -up method.
The shoe lace system is fed through a series of fabric loops. The fabric loops create a lot of friction and make it difficult to cinch up the laces effectively. Once the laces are pulled tight, (takes extra care) the shoes will fit perfectly.
The shoes are very comfortable and I would recommend as a good product.

From the laces to the insoles, this is a great shoe! The heal cup holds my foot in the shoe like no other. The insole is very comfortable and flexible. My foot stays put and doesn't shift around. The laces stay tied. The upper is breathable and easy to clean. And, of course, the Moab sole is the greatest ever designed. I wear this shoe daily and my feet never feel worn out. I've received more compliments for these shoes than any of my other Merrell shoes I own. Another pair is definitely in my future. Thank you Merrell for a shoe well done!
