In the world of online shopping, finding the perfect fit can sometimes be a gamble, especially when it comes to shoes that have a reputation for running small. However, I recently learned a valuable lesson that I feel compelled to share: always order one size up for shoes that run small.

A year and 3 months and the sole is falling off. Way too expensive to last as long as walmart junk.

My husband has been wearing Keen for several years. This new pair fits good and are comfortable

I ordered size 8.5; however, the shoes feel like a size 9. I haven't been able to wear them because they feel too loose on my feet. There is too much space between my heel and the inside back of the shoes. I had ordered another pair of shoes from you in the past and didn't have issues with the fit.

These size 17 w shoes are of good quality but the toe box seems a little tight. This is my only option as this is the only company that made shoes in 17 W in a hiker that I have found so far. What other option do I have?

Ok for the storm

This is my fourth pair of Keens, and I have yet to be disappointed.

Pretty happy with the shoe overall except that the heel is slightly too wide Laces do not work to tighten the heel and it constantly slips when walking uphill.

Dont take the recommendation to go one size up. I did but had to return for my normal size. Great customer service.

Keen makes nice, comfortable, quality shoes. I have had several pairs of Keen shoes and will likely have many more.
