This is my second pair of Keens. I wore my first pair out after almost five years of heavy rotation (mostly city and trail walking). My wife says they're ugly, haha, but they are extremely comfortable and supportive! I have no trouble recommending them.

The Keen Targhee III Trail Hiker (low cut) is a top performing shoe in nearly all kinds of weather (it is waterproof), and it handles all kind of terrain. It is also super comfortable. I have been buying these Keen Trail Hikers for many years, and they just keep getting better.

Love these hiking shoes. This is my second pair after finally wearing out the first. This shoe is great for people with wide feet. The toe box has plenty of room so you don't feel crowded and the way they lacing works lets you get a nice fit around your heel. Out on the trail they have good traction and love the fact that they are waterproof which I've been glad they are too many times to count. Highly recommend these.

A great shoe! Bought the half size larger as recommended and the fit is perfect. Best of all no break-in time was needed. Put the shoes on and headed out for a walk shortly thereafter.

This is my husband's third pair. The fit and comfort are great. He use to wear " good sneakers" but was having knee problems. Since wearing, his knees are better. One pair for hiking, another pair for work, and keep one pair good. Highly recommend.

I like the wide toe box. Usually, I'd have to find a "wide" size to accommodate my foot. With this model, it wasn't necessary.

Great for hiking! Bought these for hiking a glacier and they kept my husband's feet warm, dry and steady. He loves them!

I've been wearing Keen shoes for years now. Every pair has fit well and lasted a long time. This new pair looks like it's made from the same mold. I especially appreciate the wide toe box in Keen shoes. Although Bean said they run small and to order a half size up, I ordered my usual size, and they fit perfectly. Maybe my usual size is already a half size up? In any case, don't think you can go wrong with Keens. My one recommendation: buy a good pair of insoles to replace the ones that come with the shoe. They're just not all that solid or supportive.

This is the first "low hiking shoe" (below the ankle) that I have ever owned. These shows are much easier to get on and off as I get older and do more day hikes. I was pleasantly surprised and didn't miss the ankle support that I thought I needed.
