This is my second pair of this boot. So comfortable. Just right for my hiking needs, unless there's snow and ice. Then I wear my Revel IV Polar boots.

Its a good trail walking shoes

I bought these boots for their durability to wear for work as a wilderness ranger. Unfortunately, after 2 trips out in them theyre already showing signs of wear that indicate they wont last the season. The sole is already pulling away from the upper in the back of the boot creating a little pocket that collects rocks and dirt. I was also hoping the toe box would be a bit wider but my pinky toe pushes out again the shoe when I step which leads me to believe Ill probably punch through it after a full season of rangering. I think for a casual hiker these would work if you like a stiff boot but they arent cut out for everyday use.

Doesnt protect your toes very well. Not a hard nosed toe.

walked 2 days straight in these shoes with no need to break in! I found comfort in the soles and a lot of movement in the toe box, snug fit at the ankle, and good grip on all terrain.

I had a pair of the Tharghee III since 2017 and I loved them. They fit perfectly right out of the box. After years of hiking and working, they were finally worn out. These new ones look fairly similar, but slight changes mean the no longer fit right.. They come up higher around the ankle and have a higher profile in the middle part of the foot which makes them feel bulky. I have a narrow ankle and small instep, but appreciate the roomy toe box that Keen offers. So Ill be returning these and hoping that a different style will work for me.

Second pair of this exact shoe, as its super supportive, durable and comfortable. I put a lot of miles on my last pair.

Awesome customer service. I had a question it was answered. Boots were shipped and I didnt even have to drive to Portland.

After only 6 months these shoes start to compmetely disintegrate! I wear them 2/3 times a week for medium walks - forget waterproof! They break everywhere, leaking, sole lifting off. Worst buy ever.

Have them ready for trip to Yellowstone

Comfortable right out of the box. Truly waterproof with great traction. Works for everything from running errands to long walks. I would recommend going up in size if want to wear with a heavier sock.

This is my second pair of Keen hiking boots - my first pair Ive had since 2008 and they are still going but it was time for a refresh. They are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They are also really durable. Lastly I think they are really nice looking - especially this particular color. Highly recommend!

Bought these in May 2023 and both shoes have holes and my feet are wet everyday. I will never buy another pair of these.

Comfortable out of the box, great traction, very supportive, high quality. My only complaint? One tongue was folded lengthwise about a third of the way from the outside edge, so I'm having to put a chip clip on it when I'm not wearing it, to hold it straight. Hoping to eventually retrain the shape. I would assume it got folded when it was put in the box, after the pair was made. I don't notice the fold when wearing the boot as far as comfort goes, but the tongue does stick out in a peculiar manner on that foot. Because I ordered these online, I decided it just wasn't worth shipping back and asking for a replacement.

I needed to purchase a pair of hiking books in preparation for a trip to the Antarctic. I do not hike, so this was a brand new experience. My hiking brother suggested I wear them to get my feet and ankles used to them. He also took me on a 3 mile hike to test them out. I've worn them agin when we got a snowfall. So far so good!

Wife loves them!!! Very happy with the quality and fit!! No slipping in the snow. Great boot!!

Love love love these boots! I have bunions so its a struggle to find any shoe that wont cause horrible pain and theres absolutely no pain with these boots! Usually I have to get an extra wide boot in all other brands and then your fit is too big everywhere but around your bunions but with all Keen shoes you dont have to buy an extra wide! If in doubt at least give them a try. Youll never regret finding Keens as your next go to purchase

Too stiff to walk in comfortably. Too large to seat ankles securely. Tongue failed to cushion upper edge of boot lacing.

I knew in advance that I would enjoy the boots. I have had a pair for years. The problem was with delivery. I ordered by phone and was told the pkg. would arrive between Mon. and Fri., 12/18-12/22. Here in Maine we had a vicious rain and wind storm on that Monday and I was one of many to lose power. Around 5:30pm I noticed an unmarked box truck in front of my house.. I couldn't see much but after it drove away I went outside to check and, sure enough, there was my pkg. from you. It had been left at the door I never use, not near the mailbox. There had been no ring of the doorbell or knock at the door. If I hadn't played a hunch my pkg. would have been drenched or possibly stolen. The pkg. said FEDEX but the truck had no markings so I assume it was a subcontractor.. Please check with those folks who deliver for you and impress upon them the importance of notification of delivery. I realize my circumstance was extreme, but it was real. Back to the boots. I love them. They seem to run a bit larger then my old pair, but it's not an issue.
