Awful sizing! 4.5 was too small and 5 was huge! not indication or advice offered on the site to help with this. Both sizes returned! Also during the process went through the exchange process which was awful and took ages. I have to call up customer services to escalate the issue.

These trainers have absolutely no grip i have slipped and fallen on kitchen floor many times as they have no grip and when i walk on metal or gutters i slip over because thats how much grip they don't have and can never trust them when snowy, icy or wet outside. You will fall and slip on wet floor you cannot even stand you will literally be ice skating and don't wear these in the rain as your socks will get drenched

Not happy. Love these trainers normally but this isn't the first time it's happened.
