sent the wrong size and still havent been refunded even though i have been refunded for the other pair of shoes in the box 7 days later. i have emailed several times to no avail

Would have been nice to receive them. But unfortunately you never sent them out you just gave me a refund after I asked you about it.

I bought the OZWEEGO shoes for my 4-year-old, and initially, I was very impressed. The elasticated laces were a fantastic feature, making it easy for my child to slip them on without needing help to tie them. For the first two weeks, everything was greatmy child loved them, and I appreciated the time saved. However, after just two weeks of light use, one of the elasticated laces broke unexpectedly. With no time to process a return or seek a replacement, I had no choice but to replace the elastic laces with the standard tie laces that came with the shoes. This was disappointing since the whole reason I chose these shoes was to avoid the hassle of tying laces for such a young child. While the shoes themselves are comfortable and stylish, the failure of a key feature so early on has left me less than satisfied. If you're purchasing these for the elastic laces, be aware that they might not hold up to everyday wear. Hopefully, this was just an isolated issue, but it's something to consider if you're looking for long-term durability.

Laces are a nightmare to stay tied. Don't look as nice as photos and soon as they are worn out and about they look old really quick.

The size runs very big, I'm 6.6 and it fit huge. I ordered 6 and it was just as big. and I couldn't change it so I'm returning it. because it doesn't give me the option for a second return.

My son wore these once to a garden party and the fronts are peeling off already

Unfortunately the trainers arrived completely damaged and covered in what looks like mould.

Cant be washed as suede becomes ruined and very rigid for kids feet

The laces on these shoes are so badly designed. No matter how tight you do them they will come undone. Had to go and buy new laces unless you are happy to do them 100 times a day.

The laces are a real nightmare. They become loose every few steps.

I haven't had the shoes long or wore them a lot of times because front of shoes have holes in them where the threaten has came apart.

i bought these runners for my daughter who is 11years old. She wore them for a couple of weeks and they ripped at the front. very poor quality and would return if I had purchased them instore

I purchased these in Grey. Completely different product, quality & fit. Just not the sane standard. Disappointing.

Very small tight fitting,the next size up then is too bif,when there on the look wide nd chunky looking,they dont look like there adidas nowhere to see the brand,they look cheap

I've been wanting the shoes for a long time , finally got them and it was really comfortable . Definietly very comfortable shoes

Got them for my son returning to school and after 4 days wearing them they're falling apart look like he's had them a year. It truly saddened me as I am a big fan of adidas and buy for all family. I have returned so we'll see what outcome is
