They run a whole size larger, and they are not very supportive. Has no cushion for your arch at all. I was looking for warm and I got that, but they just aren't an attractive boot. Also, the color is BROWN not gray.

SO disappointed! I did a lot of research but these boots just didn't cut it. The leather looked cheap and fake, but even worse the boots felt like wearing shoe boxes on my feet - no support and flat as (albeit "fur"-lined) a pancake. With only three loops for the laces it was impossible to get the boots to fit better. I tried putting a Happy Feet insole in, but they still felt "boxy." Returned.
