These shorts are terrific. I just wish they came in several other colors. I ordered a size 2 in the black, I liked them so much I ordered another pair. The second pair in size 2 ran small and was made in Viet Nam. (The first pair was made in Indonesia.) Unfortunately, I had to return the second pair. I live in Florida and these are great & "age appropriate" for playing golf, walking and running errands. I wish they came in white - maybe in the spring/summer.

These shorts are lightweight, comfortable, and fit perfectly. I really appreciate the longer length.

Comfortable and very quality material

I find it difficult to find summer clothing that is flattering and comfortable. These shorts are perfect. They are so lightweight it is perfect for hot weather. The length and fit is flattering. They are perfect for anything my summer day throws at me from outdoor adventures to lounging. I usually wear a size 2 or 4 in pants but I have another pair of Columbia pants that are a size 6, and based on the size chart I should wear a size 4. I bought a size 2 after a friend's recommendation and they fit perfectly, so I would say these run a little large.

I've bought these shorts three times now! I keep coming back to them because they are durable, comfortable, and look great on! They do not bunch at the waist at all, and have a drawstring to cinch to the right comfort level. The pockets are deep enough to hold a cell phone, unlike many shorts on the market now. They are long enough to cover my Mom Bod. They do not gape at the waist in the back and the rise is perfect. The only complaint I have is that they sell out of my size (8-10) too quickly!! I would love more colors as well. I'm a lifetime customer of these shorts!

Lightweight shorts perfect for hiking and other outdoor activities. I usually wear a size 8, but ordered in a size 6 and they fit perfect. Very comfortable and moves with you.

I love these shorts, and have them in four colors - please keep adding new colors! I am 5'6" and weigh 117 lb and size 6 fits me really well. The legs are slim but not too tight (like the Saturday II shorts are).

It's difficult to find a short that is the perfect length. This is flattering and comfortable. It is perfect for travel as it's light weight, dries quickly and packs wrinkle free.

These shorts are very light weight and comfortable. They may be a tad big ( I ordered a size 10, I am 5'4'' and weigh about 133 lbs.), but with the drawstring tie, that doesn't seem to be a problem. I like the sage green color and the length is perfect - hits about at the knee.

Bought some of the capri's a few years ago and loved them so thought I'd try the knee length shorts. Love them as well. Light weight for summer I'm sure I will be able to wear them in the fall as well next spring. Love the style. Very comfortable. Bought a pair of blue, green and black. This is my fourth purchase of this style of Columbia shorts. Living in Florida I wear them 2-5 times a week year round. Perfect weight. Easily washable without fading. My first three were in store purchases. Although I was hesitant to order on line without trying on these fit perfectly.

I was sad to see that aftee many years, my favorite Outdoor Research shorts were discontinued. I searched high and low for something similar. I finally came across these, and decided to give them a try. The fabric is fantastic. I would recommend having deeper pockets in the front. When hiking, you can't carry keys or much of anything else in front pockets as they are. Overall, very nice, comfortable shorts. I ordered a 12, and usually wear a 10 or 12. I'd say these run a bit small to true to size.

These arrived the day I was leaving for PA to pack up my dad's house so I threw them in my bag and took them along. It was 90+ and humid the whole time I was there and I wore these almost every day. Super lightweight and comfortable, plus they're quick-drying and don't stretch out as the day goes on. Pockets are big enough to hold my phone, too. I've worn them prob 10 times over the past 2 weeks and just ordered another pair. I'm 5'6", 130ish lbs, usually a solid size 6. I ordered the 6 in these and it's a perfect fit. Hits right at my knees so I call them my "longs" but that's exactly what I was looking for!

These have become my favorite shorts. They are the perfect length, have just enough stretch, and are very cool for this hot summer. I ordered another pair after I received the first pair. They have just enough pockets and I love the light lichen color. I am 5'8" and 160 lbs. and ordered the size 12.

I'm happy with these shorts, very comfortable. After reading the reviews I went a size up and they fit well. I'm 5'8" and weigh 140. I usually wear an 8 but went with a 10.
