The shoes are what I ordered but they had obviously been worn by someone else. The bottoms were dirty and there was even a hair stuck to the sole. Not sure if I should return them for a NEW PAIR THAT HASN'T BEEN WORN BY SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!

Worst expensive shoes I have EVER purchased! I was told that these shoes were great for someone with flat feet. When I FINALLY received them (two weeks) The arch support felt great when feeling with hand, before I put them on. When I put them on and put weight on them, it was like there was no support whatsoever. I have orthotics, and put them in. Helped a little, but there is absolutely NO support in the arch of the shoe. So walking in them, I could see both feet collapsing inward. Purchased the wide, and they were still too narrow for my feet.

I bought these shoes on 8/23/2021 based after reading good things about your brand from Famous Footwear online. They weren't available in the store only online. I hesitated to buy them sight unseen but I decided to go ahead and buy them anyway. Bad idea. I've only worn them in the house about 5 times to try and get the laces adjusted. They are very comfortable but the lacing system is lousy. The shoelaces run under fabric. There are not normal eyelets like other athletic shoes have. There is no hole in the shoe to put the laces through. I did not notice that from the picture or description. I was more concerned about the support they would give my feet. The laces are hard to loosen and tighten. I can see that fabric that the laces run under tearing in the future. I'm going to take them back to Famous Footwear and see if I can return them for a store credit at least. I won't be buying any shoes online again.

Terrible looking shoe-rumpled right out of the box on all sides. Poor quality material-the 'reflective' design on the sides was already looking like it was about to fall off or crack. Will never purchase again.

These shoes had a strong chemical smell. The bottom of the shoes had long rubbery cleats. They made a squishy sound on the floor. This is not Ryka quality. These shoes are expensive. I have been buying Rykas for years. This poor quality is so disappointing. I returned them.

These shoes are comfortable and roomy. I believe I I ordered a wide size, one of the reasons I bought them
But they stink, smell strongly! I can’t quite place the odor. They did not smell at first.
So I thought I would wash the shoes to see if the odor went away. I had sprayed them with bug spray once and thought maybe that was why they smelled bad. But washing them did not help, Maybe a little bit, but not enough
I thought it was just my shoes, but I googled it and found out other people complain that this brand stinks. I will not buy this brand again!
The shoes are still wearable but they smell so bad I almost want to keep them in the shed and just use them for yardwork. It must be the material they are made from

I am an avid distance walker. Given these sneakers 3 different tries, each time I get blisters on my left heel. Definitely a seam rubbing my foot. Greatly disappointed
