The inside of the heal has collapsed. This is the 2nd pair I've owned and happened both times.

I loved the shoe until I had to.change the laces and put in self typing laces to wear after knee replacement. It was virtually impossible to put new laces in. The leather like slots were impossible to put laces in. Even worse if you have arthritis in your hands. Not a,smart move. I hate them for that reason.

The back of my right show is disfigured, and doesn't match the left shoe. I'm not sure if I'll be able to wear it on my trip, where I'll be doing a lot of walking. That's why I bought these. They are replacing my other Ryka shoes that are 2 years old! Poor quality material on the upper back of the heel area. So disappointed.

Very comfortable & fit well, but not built to last.

I brought these about two months ago and the front of this shoe was tight and can't keep them on all day without having to soak my foot because of the pain. The sky walk walking show was a better shoe and I have been buying your tennis shoes for over 20 years plus.

Love my Devotion X s I bought the Plus 3 for my 19 year old daughter as she wanted something in all black. Fit was great and comfortable but one of soles started to come apart on the 2nd day of her wearing it as a everyday shoe, not even for fitness or heavy duty walking. Very dusappointed with the quality control especially for the price paid.

Very stiff shoes. No cushion in the souls. Fit seems true to size.

Ordered medium width, shoe was so wide gaped on sides.. this was not extra room in the toe box . Too wide . Unfortunately had to return.

I wanted walking-specific shoes and read some good reviews of Ryka. In all other brands, I wear a wide shoe, so I ordered that here. My ankles were swimming in this shoe, but the toe box was cramped. I tried to adjust the laces to tighten the ankle multiple times, but the laces were absurdly long and making them tighter results in an insane amount of extra lace I needed to triple knot. Of course, now I have worn them for a few walks, because that's really the only way to tell and so I can't return them. On top of that, the shipping time was absurdly long. They took weeks to get here, which is crazy given so many options for sneakers with quick shipping. I ordered one more pair, in a medium with, different shoe model, and will see how they are. If they don't work, Ryka is not the brand for me.

For now I have to give it a 2 star. I have a few torn ligaments in my knee and as of now they irritate them. I'm not sure if it is due to the height of the shoe that makes me lean forward. In the past I've loved this shoe, is there anything I can do besides return them?

These shoes make your feet stink. Cute and comfy but very smelly shoes. Never had this problem before, so they are trapping in moisture.

Very dissapointed, 4th pair of Ryka's I have bought and these are the worst. You can feel the sole in every step and the design on the sides looks like something Walmart would put on their $10.00 sneakers
