I already know that Naturalizer is one of the most comfortable heels out there for me at a reasonable price so that was never an issue. However, not sure Zappo stores these shoes but I received shoes with dried suede. In the areas that suede was dried out also discolored. Suede cannot be stored in hot temps for too long or thats what you get. Had to return.

I ordered size 8 N and the shoes are medium width. The box says N but the sizing in the actual shoe is M.

The shoe was wide footed which was great, but the strap around the ankle was too small I couldn't buckle it. Really disappointed.

I bought these for a wedding I went to in 2022. I bought them in a wide width. They were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. My feet were killing me by the end of the night. I had to take them off on the drive home and walked up my driveway barefoot. I threw them out the next day.

The shoe appeared to be used. There were scuff marks on one shoe the buckle strap was worn. Very disappointing and unexpected from Zappos usual quality.

I've seen other reviews similar to this issue but I received a pair of shoes that were clearly two different sizes. I'm not sure how this happens but clearly the quality control on this particular item is poor. I purchased another style of heels that thankfully came in the correct size and they are wonderful. This was unfortunate and has me worried about the quality control in other aspects of these products.

Hate to give 1 star because these are really beautiful shoes. But the pair I received was in a generic box with no padding and had scuff marks on the heels and toes prints on the suede toe pad. I maybe would have kept them for a deep discount but was disinclined to pay full price. Is there a way to complain to zappos without giving a bad review on a shoe?

The ankle strap is quite small. I couldn’t get the strap around far enough to even get through the buckle. Which is really disappointing because the shoe itself fit wonderfully!

I purchased these because the style was very nice and because they came in narrow sizes. I bought these in my regular size 7N. They were narrow enough, however, the arch hit my foot in an odd place and made them very uncomfortable. I really wanted to love these but sorry to say they are going back.

Very pretty shoe. While the bottom shoe fit well, the ankle strap was very short and did not fit around my ankle. I ordered the shoe in wide, but the ankle strap is not made in wide. I couldn’t wear them. Very disappointing.

Terribly uncomfortable I assumed Naturalizers were comfortable...NOPE! Pinched toes and no support on the ball of the foot. Ouch after 10 minutes of wearing

Really wanted to love this sandal, but sadly it doesn't work for wide feet (even the wide width). Pinches toes and very unattractive. Would not recommend for wide feet!

This was a cute sandal. However, it came “repackaged” in a plain box and I am returning because one of the toe straps had a defect (some kind of extra fabric was sewn into the strap, so there was a “lump” that made the strap visibly different than the other side.

THese shoes are beautiful, a the size 4 fits perfectly. I’m on the smaller end of a 4, I would say the run a bit small. I plan on dressing the up or down with white jeans.
