Toe band was way to tight. Had to return. The rest of the shoe was nice but fit very strange.

Strap across toes was way too tight. I was very disappointed because when I saw the shoe it looked perfect. The leather was soft and I was looking forward to wearing it. Unfortunately the strap across the toes was so tight I was unable to get my toes properly in. I ordered the shoe in my regular size from Naturalizer, so it was very disappointing. Perhaps a wide shoe would have worked, but there was none made in my size and I had to return the shoe.

These look great but the patent leather is tight, tighter than the regular leather version. Wouldn't be able to endure a full wedding reception, so returning.

The look of this pump is perfect, everything I am looking for. I tried them on and it feels like the sole and back support aren't aligned on one of the shoes. The other heel feels like the arch support isn't aligned. Super disappointed that I had to return them.

The package for the heels was poor quality it should've came in a box instead it came in a shipping bag and when I opened the package the box was crushed. Really poor shipping package. Whoever packed the shoes did a really poor job.

These shoes are beautiful but unfortunately in no world are these wide width. I ordered them excited to use them as my wedding shoes. I tried them on but quickly realized there's no way they would work. The toe beds are standard width but the real issue is the center. When I tried them on and looked at the bottom of my foot to see how much was being covered by this shoe was funny. It covered maybe 25% of my foot's width. It was more narrow than any standard width pair of heels I've ever worn. It would have be so painful to have 75% of my foot hanging over this when I walk. I've had this same issue with so many Naturlizer wide width shoe. It's incredibly frustrating. I think I'll have to skip Naturlizer as a wide width option as I've already sunk too much into mailing them back pairs that advertised as wide but were no where near that.

This shoe would be perfect if it had a 1/4" to 1/2" platform on it; however, you can constantly feel the concrete under your foot. I have metatarsalgia ("ball of foot & toes" pain) and cannot wear this shoe for even an hour. It's a shame b/c I love them otherwise.
