The W was wide enough for my slightly larger than Medium width feet. This was welcome. However, the ankle strap is way too short! On the longest setting, it was digging into my ankle bone. My ankles aren’t wide, but may be a little longer than normal from front to back. I’ve seen these comments on some of the similar Naturalizer sandals. What’s up with these straps? So sad to have to send back.

Only part of the shoes that are wide is the toe box/strap. The footbed/arch is narrow and dug into the arch and bottom of my foot, causing it to “hang”. Essentially experiencing footbed muffin top. Do better Naturalizer.

Love the style, material quality and look of this sandal but terribly uncomfortable. I was quite surprised it was so uncomfortable as I have always found this brand to be one of my favorite for comfort. And comfort is what means the most to me so I gave it a 2.

Uncomfortable shoe. Hurts to walk in. Pretty color, but the strap across the toes is too tight and the back is stiff and rubs my Achilles' tendon raw.

I tried these in an 8.5 wide and they were way too long. Oddly, though they were wide enough at the toes, the rest of the shoe - especially the middle part with the arch support - was way narrow. The arch support edge basically hit what felt like the middle of the length of my foot.

Strap across toes was way too tight. I was very disappointed because when I saw the shoe it looked perfect. The leather was soft and I was looking forward to wearing it. Unfortunately the strap across the toes was so tight I was unable to get my toes properly in. I ordered the shoe in my regular size from Naturalizer, so it was very disappointing. Perhaps a wide shoe would have worked, but there was none made in my size and I had to return the shoe.

These look great but the patent leather is tight, tighter than the regular leather version. Wouldn't be able to endure a full wedding reception, so returning.

The look of this pump is perfect, everything I am looking for. I tried them on and it feels like the sole and back support aren't aligned on one of the shoes. The other heel feels like the arch support isn't aligned. Super disappointed that I had to return them.

The package for the heels was poor quality it should've came in a box instead it came in a shipping bag and when I opened the package the box was crushed. Really poor shipping package. Whoever packed the shoes did a really poor job.

It used to be that Naturalizer was a sure fit for me. There was something about the arch in this shoe that felt like a rod in the wrong place. I was disappointed because I liked the style and the color.

I own the Zenia in 9W and this style appeared to be identical except it has a heel whereas the Zenia has a wedge. Fit is completely different and not comfortable at all. Really disappointed. returning

I LOVE the look and style of these shoes! The heel is not too high and there is good cushioning. However, I am very disappointed that the wide was no where near wide. If you are a B width or slightly wider, this will be a great shoe but not for a true wide fit. Bummer...

I bought these for a wedding. I was breaking them in wearing them around the house and the heel tap disintegrated. Just crumbled off the shoe. Now I have to scramble to a cobbler to get a new one glued on. Cheaply made.
