These were very attractive shoes.Unfortunately I could not even get them on to judge comfort or style. The strap across the front of my foot was way to tight. I have always worn a medium so I thought these would be okay even though some of the other reviews said the same thing. The wide was sold out so I could not try them in the wider size.

Firstly, this shoe is beyond gorgeous in the Hot Sauce suede! I would give it 10 stars for style, if that were an option. The downside is how narrow this shoe is. I'm a very solid 8M, but this shoe was so narrow, it felt like about a 7.5N. The length was right, and the ankle strap was an ok length - if you have bigger ankles, it may be too short. The block heel is a great medium height, feels stable. This shoe is so narrow, my arch was just hanging in mid- air! After wearing it around the house for about 10 min, my moderately-high arch was screaming for me to take off this shoe. I was bummed to have to send it back. Zappos return policy/service gets 5 stars - easy and fast.

I wanted to love these because they are so stylish and simple. However, my overpronating feet could not stay up in this shoe and the back of the shoe rubbed my ankle in a painful spot. Also, the patent is rippling all over the back at the seams - it doesn't appear to be well-constructed.

Heel strap is uncomfortable

This was disappointing. I was so excited to see that Naturalizer has an Extra-Wide width - however, these fit (too tight on the front strap) almost exactly like the wide width. Not wide enough.

The strap is VERY narrow. Listen to the reviews, save yourself time. If your feet are at all a little wide or sensitive, skip regular and go straight to wide. Frustrating fit. I have slightly wide feet but have never ordered a wide shoe. My feet are different sizes and finding heels is difficult. I usually wear 8.5–9 depending on brand. The 9 looked nice but my feet slid forward; the 8.5 felt more secure in length but my feet filled it out completely and the front strap was painfully tight with no stretch or give to it at a, not adjustable.The front strap is not forgiving. The ankle strap was adjustable. They were easy to walk in (except for the discomfort from sizing issues). Also, for the price, I expected better comfort, material and overall look and fit. There aren’t many stylish, heels out there that are wearable for sensitive feet, easy to walk in and can be dressed up. I’m trying the wide version next. Fingers crossed it works. The arch support felt ok but I only tried them on for a few seconds.

I was so hopeful these shoes would fit, but the strap across the front of the foot was too restrictive and sqaushed my toes together. The material is rather soft and feels cheap. The ankle strap stretched so much, but the toe strap did not. The shoes look great, but are much cheaper than the price. Have to return.

I'm looking for a silver sandal to wear with a black gown and this was so cute! Unfortunately, although it's considered a 'comfort' shoe, it offers no arch support and not enough cushioning for my neuroma. Had to return.

Literally read the size guide, had a foot measurement and the shoe was way too long and was a pretty narrow “wide” width. Likes the style, heel height, and the shoe overall, just no way it was gonna work.

the 7.5 was a 36 euro! it's smaller than the 7 which was a 38 Euro

Cute but the buckle was dead center on my ankle bone which was too uncomfortable to keep.

These are pretty but they are so narrow that I could feel the show digging in to the middle of my foot. Had to send them back.

These fit length wise, but width was really narrow even with my already narrow feet. Arch support was off and super uncomfortable. Immediately knew I’d have to return.

Loved this product and was very comfortable wearing this also. However, the inside of the product deteriorated and was leaving its by products everywhere.

The W was wide enough for my slightly larger than Medium width feet. This was welcome. However, the ankle strap is way too short! On the longest setting, it was digging into my ankle bone. My ankles aren’t wide, but may be a little longer than normal from front to back. I’ve seen these comments on some of the similar Naturalizer sandals. What’s up with these straps? So sad to have to send back.

Only part of the shoes that are wide is the toe box/strap. The footbed/arch is narrow and dug into the arch and bottom of my foot, causing it to “hang”. Essentially experiencing footbed muffin top. Do better Naturalizer.

The shoes were cute, but unfortunately my typical size was much too narrow.

The right shoe was fine, it fit well, but the strap over the toes on the left shoe was very big. Weird.
