Extremely narrow even in wide. However, still comfy overall. I’d give this 5 stars if the bed and the toe strap were not so NARROW. What in the world, Naturalizer? Like a previous reviewer mentioned, the block heel and the covered back are awesome and contribute to comfort. There is good padding in the soles, too. A bothersome thing, though: the buckles are really hard to get closed, as the holes punched are absolutely tiny. In the mornings, I’m trying to get out of the house in a timely manner, and as a famous philosopher once said, "Ain't nobody got time for that!" In addition, the little elastic strap next to the buckle, on the left shoe, was missing. I can fix the buckle strap/holes issue and will live with the too-narrow fit, because at size 11 wide, I have very very few cute-shoe choices in the world. These shoes would be perfection if Naturalizer would make these true to width and not cheap out on the construction of the buckle closure. And also offer lots of additional colors. ?

Ankle strap didn't feel secure enough--more of a me problem than a style problem! Went with another option. Otherwise they look great and feel like great quality

Cute, sexy shoe with moderate comfort. It hit me in the back of the ankle, so it was cut too high up in the back for me for comfort in the back of the ankle. I also wish they would consider making a similar style shoe with the very same type of heel in a 1-3/4". Us seasoned ladies prefer not quite so high of a heel, please. But we still want to look stylish in our dresses.

I had quite a difficult time hooking the buckle. I don't know if it is in a weird place, or the buckle strap was too thick, but I had to have my husband hook it for me.

These are cute but the sizing was weird; large and narrow. I'm normally an 8, but ordered an 8 wide based on reviews. Definitely too big and still slightly narrow. I tried to exchange for a 7.5 but was sent the wrong shoe and am now stuck waiting on a refund and couldn't use these for my event.

The arch is very uncomfortable. Did not fit my foot well.

I ordered these because they looked cute and came in Narrow width which is hard to come by. They are cute enough but too wide even in narrow. Had to return.

Pretty shoes that unfortunately did not work for my feet as they hit right at my bunions.

I was sent a used pair of shoes. They arrived without the original packaging, and had clear marks on the toe where you could see they had been worn.

I saw the other reviews stating that these were narrow but had to try them myself as they are so pretty. Unfortunately, even the wide width ( I purchased both an M and Wide) does not have much room to accomodate or fit my llittle toe, hence my 3 stars for Overall. They are really pretty and seem like they would be comfortable. I wish they worked for my foot shape. I am glad Zappos makes returns easy.

These are known for being comfortable, but I found one shoe was less comfortable than the other, and the uncomfortable shoe made a squish sound when walking. I exchanged for the Melody, much better.

Somehow the last was a little long for my 7.5 foot, which felt squeezed by the toe thingy (which surely has a name).

These were not an option for me are they were too high and did not fit comfortably.

You sent size 8, not 9. Returning.

My issue was toe strap being too close to end of shoe. Otherwise I liked them. Toe strap is pretty snug too. Nice heel height and look nice. I have to return due to the toe strap though. True to size.

This match a formal dress perfectly. However, they ran a little big and I needed to get a half size smaller. The front strap on both feels like a smooth plastic-type material. It is a little tight. I’ve been wearing them for brief periods to stretch them a little and make them more comfortable. The padding is not a normal Naturalizer shoe. It lacks the squish that I love. Don’t think I’ll buy them again but they serve a purpose.

These were nice shoes overall. The padding/support in the sole was amazing, but the toe strap felt a little tight/snug for an all day event.
