Fit is true to size, but I found the toe strap to be a bit tight. I stuffed some socks under the strap for a few days and they stretched out to the perfect fit. I never have that issue, if anything, shoes tend to be a bit too big on my feet. The creme brulee was a perfect nude shade for my skin tone and style preferences.
I have plantar fasciitis and I generally just prefer comfortable shoes, but I needed a pair for a wedding and figured I might as well invest in a nice pair. These are definitely much more comfortable than most heels I've worn, very supportive but with a bit of cushion too. My feet were still sore after two hours, but I really don't think that will ever change for me!

Comfortable shoe, but the shoe size print out led me to order a half size too small. Returned for larger size. Also, in some spots you could see the glue between shoe and straps.

Very comfy... I have wide feet below my toes and chose the wide option and that fitted perfectly. I'm a 7 in heels but these ended up being a little too big, I should've picked a 6.5... I will have to put a rubber heel piece to make it fit better. Also an expensive shoe that wasn't in perfect codntion when it came out of the box. Kinda disappointed but the shoes will just get used for the wedding anyways.

I was so sad that I had to return these since they are just what I was looking for. The heel height and style are perfect. My feet are small, but wide in the toe area and so my little toe was squished by the front strap. I wish they were available in a wider width. If you have narrow feet, these would be perfect.

Very comfortable pump. I ordered wide and half size up because I never trust them to be wide enough and I needed to go down half a size. I had to return them though because it was impossible for me to Theresa’s the strap through the clasp. And the strap around the ankle needed yo be a tad longer then I could’ve probably forced it through. So disappointed.

These shoes run narrow, so I had to order them in wide which are not always available. The wide is a little roomier than I need, but better that than tight. Overall, very comfortable for a dress sandal.
The heal is just the right height for comfort and still looks nice.
Also the cushioning under the ball of the foot adds to the comfort.

This shoe fits narrow in the toe. Sizing up would likely result in the shoe being too long. I recommend the wide option unless your feet are very narrow.

Overall very comfortable. Thankful for the wide width. I was concerned that the front strap of the shoe wouldn’t land at the right place on my foot but this one is good and it is slightly padded so no digging in where toes/foot bend. Heel height is also good- not too high or too short. I would love to go an inch or so higher, but my feet can’t take high heels anymore after working from home in my bare feet most days the last 2+ years.

I usually wear a size 7 but ordered these in a 7 1/2. They were very narrow at the toe so I exchanged them for a size 8 W, which fit perfectly.

I love the look and the comfort of these heels. The height is perfect. So far I have worn them one day, for 6 hours. The only reason these did not earn a 5/5 is because there is already a scuff on the small toe area of the heel-after 6 hours of wear.. I was disappointed to see that so soon. Its because the leather material is so soft.

I ordered the size 7.5 medium width and the width was too small. I tried the 7.5 wide width (never needed wide before) and it was too big. I think a 7 wide might fit better than the 7.5 medium. Shoe itself would have been perfect! Love the style.

Beautiful shoe, but very narrow. My feet are of normal width, but I ordered a W size upon seeing the toe shape in the photos. I'm glad I did because I had to do some breaking in with thick socks for my toes to feel comfortable in these shoes!

The narrow instep fit was perfect HOWEVER my heel bone is too narrow for the back to fit flush on my ankle. Te ankle back piece gaps open. A major problem with MY anatomy. Otherwise I would keep the shoes

These were super cute shoes. My daughter-in-law has them in a different color and loves them. But I need a shoe that I can stand in ALL day long (I'm a teacher) and the heels were a bit too high for that. So back they go.

I took a chance when I ordered these heels, They are very stylish and I love the block heel. Unfortunately, I have a very slim foot and they are just too wide for me even when I add a slip guard. Sadly, will return. Finding stylish shoes for my slim foot is very difficult. Thankfully, Zappos continues to offer a limited selection.

I wear a size 7M and ordered size 7M. My toes came up to the very edge of the shoe, looking like they're about to hang over the front. A 7-1/2 probably would work better. The shoe is really pretty and very comfortable, but I'm returning due to the fit.

Very comfortable and the length fits true to size, but I really don't have wide feet and the "medium" are pretty tight around my toes. I will try to stretch them out since it's leather but I do think that they should make the bottom strap around the toes bigger.
