This shoe is beautiful, however, the toe portion of the shoe hits right at the big toe knuckle and is terribly uncomfortable. I tried a different width to see if that made a difference and it did not. I LOVE the look of this shoe, but to wear it is terrible,

The shoes are beautiful, and the style and color were exactly what I wanted, however, they hurt! The foot bed feels like a block of concrete. It's completely solid and has zero give. They are gorgeous, but my feet could not even stand in them, much less walk.

These were beautiful shoes, although I returned them. I wear a 9.5 to 10. I tend to go ahead an order a 10 with pumps. These felt very snug, particularly on one foot more than the other but on both. The width seemed more narrow than a medium width too. Fortunately I had also ordered the 'Michelle' style from this same line as a backup of sorts and those fit perfectly. Also the Rockport Arabella Total Motion pump in a similar neutral color recently ordered - love them. I like nude pumps this time of year and since my work place less encourages open toed shoes (i.e. conservative), so a nice compromise with a color that goes with anything.

I normally wear a size 10M, but tried a 10W for a wider toebox. The width was fine. The length was too much. The shoes fell off when I walked. I am going to try a smaller size

I should have listened to the reviewers that said these shoes run BIG! Oh my gosh! I love the look of the shoes and the heel height but they’re just too big. Got them on Thursday and wore them to school today which is Monday (I wear heels Monday-Thursday. Spirit days on Fridays.). I was so disappointed in how these shoes fit. For most of the day I had to try to keep these shoes on. Finally I just decided to stay in my office for the rest of the day. I felt embarrassed because my shoes were too big and I felt other people (staff and students) noticed. Of all days I did not have another pair of shoes to change into. $100 down the drain. I purchase most of my shoes from Zappos and I have never been so disgusted as I was today. If you purchase these shoes, please consider getting a smaller size. I regret that I did not.

they were exactly what i was looking for, until i wore them for the first time. they became so uncomfortable, by the end of the day my feet were killing me. this is not typical of naturalizer at all. and because i wore them, i cannot return them.

Shoes are too long for an 8.5. My feet have not changed size, but a lot of shoes are running longer in length and my heels slip out when I walk... to the point that you can't actually walk. They're comfortable if I stand in one place and don't try to walk.

THE most uncomfortable heels I have worn in my entire life. I don’t have wide feet, but I order wide in heels to leave room for cushioning and heel pads to add comfort. I did everything I could to make these comfortable and they still were terribly painful. They were too long I tried to see if I could stuff the toes but that didn’t help either. The toe box was a weird shape and there was just no cushion whatsoever. I just wanted these for an event but hoped to wear them for other things too. They were clearly made cheaply.. the “suede” material was thin and cheap.. came with scuffs and scratches on both pairs (I ordered two sixes) I regretted this purchase... no choice but to return.

If it's one thing that bums me out is when there is a good looking shoe that is as uncomfortable in feel as it is good in its looks :( :(. That's the situation with this shoe. It's so darn pretty and looks expensive with its lovely suede exterior, nicely-shaped heel and tiny platform. Problem is they are excruciating to walk in and felt that way from the very second I put them on. Not only that, but the sizing is way off. Couldn't find a size that hit it right from 8 thru 9 and it goes for both length & width. All in all a disappointment due to how pretty it is and how badly I wanted to keep it - if it only didn't hurt so much when it's on my foot. Ironically I thought Naturalizer was known for comfort.....Hmmmm?

These shoes feel like one is too small and the other one is actually too big and falling off my foot.

beautiful shoes but they were a half size too big so I'm returning them and ordering a half size down.

Will be returning shoes. Not true to size. Fits like a medium, instead of a narrow. Foot comes up out of shoe when walking. Never wore these the gray. Wore the black. Very disappointed.

I really liked this shoe very much,until I wore them. They are not true to size, 9 narrow. Fits like a medium width. Never brought a shoe,that when I walk, my feet was coming up out of the shoe. If I had not wore them,they would be going back. Very disappointed. Other pair good back tomorrow.
