Unbelievably soft! Won’t rub your heels, that’s for sure. However, absolutely NO arch support. Will keep because they’re cute, unique color, and soft. But I don’t think I could walk around far in them with the poor support

Very bright white. Comfortable but too loose. Back they go!

Beautiful shoe, but way too small. I normally wear a 7 W or 7.5 W. I ordered this shoe in a 7.5 W and it feels more like a 7 N. I’m hopeful that it will stretch a bit.

Was not happy with the Alabaster color. I expected it to be white, but it is actually more of a cream. The leather is not as soft as the navy patent ones I just purchased. Returning them.

Fit and size were good but the material was so soft that the heel seemed like it would become too loose. There was also no arch support.

I ordered a 9.5W in the pink suede and a 9W in the black leather. My typical shoe size is 9.5W. These are beautiful shoes. I wish they fit better so I could wear them every day. The 9W was too small to fit my foot in width or lengthwise. As for the 9.5W, I felt like my feet were spilling over the side when I stood up thought the shoe is overall loose on my foot. I'm unsure whether or not this extreme dichotomy in fit is due to the difference in upper material. Also my package came with the shoe box taped together and partly crushed.

The shoe was very cute, but felt very snug/short on my foot . And the suede material did not feel soft as I thought it would from the photos of the shoe. It would have been pointless to order a half size up as it slipped up and down on my heel. I have a very narrow foot and even narrower heel so I am hard to fit.

The shoes felt about a half size short, but that may have been due to the pointed, rather than rounded, toe. However, I knew from the fit that if I went up a half size, the heel would be too wide, since they slipped on my heel a little even on the smaller size. They are a very cute, elegant shoe, though.

The show is very narrow in the toe box area. I ordered a 7.5 B. I have a narrow heel, but a wider toe area. It was way too narrow for me, and the shoes slipped up and down on my heels. It’s a good looking shoe, if you have a narrow toe box it might work for you.

This shoe seemed to fit well at first but as I walked around my feet would roll to the outside.

I wanted to like these shoes but because of my weird right foot, (bunion) I couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe. The left shoe I was able to wear, felt a bit tight from toe to heal. I had to send the shoes back. Customer service is first class all the way!

A pretty shoe with soft leather which is why I gave it 5 stars for style. I need a shoe with some arch support and while the foot bed is padded, my arches did not have enough support. It also gaped along the sides, so the mid section is too wide while the toe is a bit narrow. Unfortunately I returned them.

I do really like the look of these shoes. They are a great color. But they were surprisingly small. I bought a half-size larger than I usually wear, and the wide width. But they are very small.

Material is super soft which is great for those needing room. Its not so great for those who don't need it. I don't need that room. The narrow wasn't narrow enough. Will be returning

I can’t tell you about arch support because honestly I couldn’t even put them on comfortably. They seemed both small and narrow. I wear a 9 1/2 or 10. I ordered the 9 1/2. I think even a 10 would have been too narrow. Cute style. They just didn’t fit.

Very poorly made...it wasn't even worth making.

The left shoe felt fine but I could tell the right shoe had possibly previously been worn, it was stretched around the heel and would not stay on my foot.
