In my life I’ve never had a more comfortable shoe right out of the box. The leather is so soft all over. I’m in outside sales so I’m walking a lot everyday. I usually have 3 blisters on each heal from shoes I’ve worn 100 times. I literally put these on out of the box, no nylons, and wore them 3 days in a row. So comfortable

I'm between a 9.5 and a 10, often 9.5 in dress shoes, 10 in sneakers, but the 10 of these fit well, maybe a touch too big but 9.5 was a touch too small. They are remarkably soft and comfortable for flats- nice quality leather and look trendy/classic. I never find flats that are comfortable from day one and I'm super happy with these. My forefoot is wider and these fit comfortably, not too narrow at all. I walk a ton in NYC and these are flats I could walk all night in. No rubbing/blisters.

I decided to get these on a whim because they were on sale, and they looked professional without looking stuffy and/or boring. They fit my foot LIKE A GLOVE. These shoes are so comfortable and so fitted that they feel custom-made just for me; these are my new favorite work shoes. I have a sneaking suspicion that I'll wear these shoes daily, like a cartoon character, until they get ratty...and I'm crossing my fingers for another good sale when that day comes! — For those wondering, I got the shoe in "Black Grain Leather" in size 7M. They run on the narrower side of medium.

Very cute and I’m gonna keep them, but they could use more of a support. The bottoms are flat with little padding. They are also very flimsy. I am gonna keep them and just stick insoles in them because they are super cute.

These are lovely! The leather is so soft it's like putting on gloves. The pointy toe gives them a nice business professional look. Oh and did I mention they fit like fine leather gloves. I love, love, love them. For the price point these are a steal! Bought them in both a 4.5 and a 5. Keeping the 4.5 which are a perfect foot hugging fit. I'm saying they run a half size too large since I usually wear a 5 in ballerina flats but it seems as if the sizing is always a little off in the pointy toe flats. Go figure....

I love these shoes! They are absolutely beautiful and fit comfortably right out of the box. Slightly snug, but the suede is already softening and loosening a slight bit as I expected it to. I can’t wait to buy these in more colors!

Agree that these are super comfortable right out the box, so much so that I am buying another pair right now to have for when the first pair wears out. My front foot/toe area is wider than average so I may go with the W (C) width for the next pair, but the normal M (B) width is fine, as the leather is so soft and hugs my feet really nicely. I do tend to choose comfort over style with shoes, but specifically went on a mission to find a pair of shoes that looked really good on my feet, provided some support, and had the all important comfort that I need haha. These shoes are all of those things, I'm honestly so pleasantly surprised and pleased. These shoes were tried on alongside the Frye Venetian, Frye Kenzie Slingback, and Naturalizer Havanas, and I think they are the best of the bunch!

They fit fine. I was afraid the pointed toe would make my size 11 feet look big but they look great. Cute little shoe to wear with dresses or slacks. Not a walking shoe, though.

Not many choices on the net for a narrow foot. This one fits like a glove. Complements on the first day out of the box. Very comfortable. Wear with jeans or dress clothes for a sophisticated or casual look. Very versatile. Red suede 7.5N

I wear everything from a 9-10 depending on the style of the shoe, but thought these in Red were fabulous looking. I got the 9 N and the fit is perfect! I thought the pointed toe would be a bit uncomfortable constricting when I put them on, but the leather is so soft that my concern evaporated. I am returning only because these shoes need to be worn by someone who gets dressed up a LOT!

I've already reviewed this once but since I keep getting emails from Zappos asking me to review them I'll do it again. I've had them about a month now and I'm still sticking to my first review: best shoes ever!

So comfortable right out of the box. They fit perfectly, even with my bunions. It’s hard to find comfortable, stylish shoes, but these are both.

These fit beautifully, and are so comfortable! I have a small foot (4.5), and my size is almost impossible to find. These are like butter, and I’ve ordered another pair in black ??

Amazing!! So comfortable, soft, and stylish. After reading reviews I ordered a pair in black. They arrived quickly and fit like a glove..no pinching the toes. I’m so glad to add these to my wardrobe and even ordered another pair! I highly recommend these...you won’t be disappointed.

Even though other reviewers said how soft the leather is, I was surprised. Fit like a glove. However for me the best attribute is the high heel cup. I have a narrow foot, especially my heel, and ballet flats do not stay on my heel unless they're a size too small. But because these are deep, they hold my heel! And are deep enough to accommodate my orthotic (for dress shoes, not sport) and still hold my heel in place. The toe isn't too pointed and doesn't smash my toes. Although I wish they had a bit more of a heel, I've ordered another pair.

Fit and width is true. Arch is moderate. Shoe is very attractive, comfortable out of the box. Leather is soft and so flexible.

I have 5 pairs of this style, because they are so comfortable. I did have to go down one whole size in this brand.

Love the style and the fit of the right shoe. Unfortunately the left shoe does not feel like the same size and even the cuts on the leather are not matching the right. Very strange. I will be returning and ordering another pair, hoping this one was just a lemon.

I wear a wide and the sides of my feet spread out and were nearly on the ground. Not a good situation!

These shoes seemed like they had already been worn. The right shoe was visibly stretched out and fell off of my foot. Odd. I am returning.

Very soft leather with little to no arch support. Becomes wrinkly as the shoe gets worn in, but comfortable.
