I loved the shoe but received it damaged or worn. The heal was scuffed on both shoes and one toe was messed up. So disappointed in Zappos for sending damaged shoes!

Incredibly disappointed with this purchase! I have worn Naturalizer pumps for 4 decades, size 6.5Wide consistently for the last 30 years. I have lots of Naturalizer shoes/boots in my closet. I have other pairs of Anna Pumps, purchased in previous years. I have always loved them. NOT THIS TIME! I had purchased the 6.5W in recent months (more than one colour) and they were HUGE ! WAY TOO WIDE and WAY TOO LONG - fitting more like a 7W or 7.5W. Based on this, I decided to try a size 6W thinking the sizing had changed recently. I didn't even have to put them all the way on to know these were too small. I don't know what happened to Naturalizer's quality control but it sure isn't there anymore. Because they closed our local store a number of years ago, my closest store is now 2 hours away. If I can't trust the sizing/quality of the product anymore, I guess my online ordering will stop as well because having to pay to ship back improperly sized shoes is something I won't do and can't afford. It looks like quality control is gone.

Bought my usual size 6 wide and although it's comfortable, it is way too big in the back and I'm so bummed because they don't carry 5.5 in the wide size. I have inserts but these would not have been enough to fix the gap. Also the material/leather is very thin and crinkly under touch, I don't think these would have held up over time. I had to return.

Super comfortable but within 4 wears the front tip of the heel ripped! I contacted customer service and they refused to help.

The gold colour is such a gorgeous pair of shoes that is unimaginable. However, unfortunately, it is extremely poor quality. I put it only for less than 2 hours, and in that short period of time, a part of the side of one of them was discoloured. The discolouration is quite shallow and there is not even a scratch in its place, which indicates that I haven't kicked the shoes badly to scratch and, therefore, apparently it is a quality issue with the colour which can fade so easily with tiniest impact.

These shoes are beautiful but incredibly uncomfortable. I was optimistic, but honestly don't think there's any way to make a stiletto and pointy toe comfortable to wear for more than an hour or two.

I'm a constant 8 1/2 in every brand since decades, but this shoe feels unusually tight and digs in to the ankle at the top back. When I push my foot forward I can fit one finger, so I'm not sure if the length is the problem, or it's simply the fit of the shoe. I tried them on a few times since I received them hoping for a magical change, but 30 seconds in it is painful in the front part and even more in the back where it digs in to my ankles. I can barely take a couple of steps in them. I love the look but they are terribly uncomfortable.

I don't like when my toe "cleavage" shows when I am wearing a pump shoe. This surprised me especially given all of the good reviews. I sent both pairs in black and blue back disappointed I didn't have photos showing me what the shoe would look like on.

Was hoping this would be more comfortable pump for my son's wedding. Thank God I bought it several months before not that comfortable.

Disappointed. The 6 M is too narrow and the 6W is too big. I could fit my middle finger in the back. Not wearable even with inlets. Therefore, I suggest that ladies with large arches not to buy. Maybe, for other feet that love soft leather shoes.

I have at least 10 pumps from Naturalizer, however those shoes were too wide and too big.

I have wide feet. I had the same shoes which I bought several years ago and they worked fine. I decided to buy a replacement. I was shocked to find out they fit much smaller and tighter, more like size 7 or 7.5, and they are definitely not for wide feet! Returning.

This is the second time I purchased this particular style & color. The first time I had to return the shoes because I received a 5 1/2 size inside a 6 1/2 shoe box.
The second time I got them they were just as uncomfortable and I was not able to get my foot inside the shoe.

I recently joined in because I wanted to give Zappos a try. Unfortunately, when I received the Naturalizer/Anna shoes, they were the wrong size. The box I received stated 6 1/2 size on the outside but the actual shoes inside were 5 1/2.
I was not able to exchange them because the app doesn’t give you that option. I was a bit disappointed & dissatisfied.

Very stiff and narrow. Nothing like the smooth leather Anna. Have to pay to get them stretched.

The pair I received was slighty damaged. It looked the shoe was spray painted and had color spilled on the side (looks bad). I tried calling customer service but the wait time is 18 minutes! In addition, the sizing is completely off. I ordered the exact same shoe in black, which was perfect. The tan pair fit almost a size smaller. Very inconsistent.
