I made 4 exchanges, 2 due to sizing, the other 2 due to defects in the right shoe, some sort of extended fold in the arch area. The right fit was 1/2 size bigger. The exchanges went very smoothly and quickly, but I unfortunately could not keep the shoe.

These are beautiful nude heels, padded in the right places for comfort but HUGE. Heel was completely falling off my foot. I'm a size 10 and I think I maybe needed a size 9 in these. It's also a higher heel than I'm used to.

I wish there was option for width. Shoes are narrow and not wide enough for me. I even sized up a size and still not a perfect fit

I tried. Ordered these in 8 wide, then 7/12 wide both way too long. The size 7 was way too tight. Wanted to love these.

I had Naturalizer shoes before and they were all very stylish and comfortable but this one was an exception, it really hurt my feet! Even though I got a half size bigger than my actual size :(

I ordered these in the brown croc print in two different sizes to try. I really wanted to like them, but unfortunately they had to go back. The color is not a saddle or chocolate brown, it has a decidely purple hue to it in most light, and would not work for the outfit for which I needed these. And inexplicably, they stabbed both feet in the arch of my foot, in both sizes. To look at where the arch of the foot goes it would seem to be fine, but there is obviously some point of curvature that is off somehow. This may not have happened for anyone else, it could just be an issue for me, there was just no way I would be able to wear these for longer than five minutes.

I absolutely love the design of these shoes and I wanted to love them but my first wear from my house to the car (1/2 a block) my toes were squeezed together and hurt real bad. I kept them on for work for about 30-40 more minutes and couldn't bare it anymore so I took them off. Maybe there's a breaking in period?? I'll try them again, if it still hurts I'll send them back to the department store for a partial refund!

The tip of the heel chipped after two wears. I have bought these shoes two to three time a year because it matches my work uniform. I have never had issues with the heels chipping. I usually replace them when they start to look worn. Also, the shoe feels very large compared to the usual fit. It's time to find a new shoe.

Incredibly disappointed with this purchase! I have worn Naturalizer pumps for 4 decades, size 6.5Wide consistently for the last 30 years. I have lots of Naturalizer shoes/boots in my closet. I have other pairs of Anna Pumps, purchased in previous years. I have always loved them. NOT THIS TIME! I had purchased the 6.5W in recent months (more than one colour) and they were HUGE ! WAY TOO WIDE and WAY TOO LONG - fitting more like a 7W or 7.5W. Based on this, I decided to try a size 6W thinking the sizing had changed recently. I didn't even have to put them all the way on to know these were too small. I don't know what happened to Naturalizer's quality control but it sure isn't there anymore. Because they closed our local store a number of years ago, my closest store is now 2 hours away. If I can't trust the sizing/quality of the product anymore, I guess my online ordering will stop as well because having to pay to ship back improperly sized shoes is something I won't do and can't afford. It looks like quality control is gone.
