All I asked for was for these boots for my birthday and my husband got them for me. They are way to small and he lost the receipt so we can return them. I'm so upset. If you purchase these make sure you size up. I don't understand how why they don't make them the correct size! They are very small! I sized up and they still didn't work.

Way too small, my toes touched and it was really narrow and tight on top of my foot!

So disappointed. I had been looking forward to getting these boots but they are almost impossible to put on. Way too tight to get into.

I returned these as they had a very narrow toe box and gapped at the ankle. I have not had this issue with my other Sorel boots, so was very disappointed!

I ordered these a size up from what I normally wear based on the other comments. They fit ok-ish in the length but these shoes are so narrow that I don't see how anyone who doesn't have a very narrow foot could fit comfortably in them. The toe box is basically as narrow as the heel. I had to return them which is a shame because they're very cute.

I bought the tall version of these boots in November of 2021. At the time, they claimed they were "true to size." They absolutely were not. I had to return them and order up a size and a half. Exchanging was also a pain. They wanted to charge me for two pairs of boots before I even had a single pair that worked. Eventually, they allowed me to return the first pair and then call them back and wade through their phone tree to reorder them in the larger size after they received the first pair and I got my refund. I also had to pay for all the shipping. The boots claim to be waterproof. They are most definitely not waterproof. More than a few minutes hiking in snow, shoveling, or a little rain was enough to soak them through. I had to waterproof them myself. The boots are extremely narrow in the toe and very loose in the heel with a hard plastic bit around the heel that digs into my achilles when I walk. Due to that slippage, the interior lining around the heel tore before the end of the first winter. I'm trying to get through a second winter with these boots since they were outrageously expensive for the poor quality, but that means the hard plastic heel support is directly against my sock and digging painfully into me, and the insulation is entirely ripped out in the back, so they are no longer even warm. These boots were a complete waste of money and have turned me off to Sorel entirely. I'll be shopping other brands before next winter.

They are sized very small. I only ordered a half size up and should have ordered a whole size up.

Extremely small and narrow, I listened to the reviews and sized up one size and they were too small. I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to guess the correct size again, so I returned them. Quality was very nice, I wish the sizing was standard. (For reference, I wear an 8 1/2 and ordered 9 1/2. I think a 10 or 10 1/2 would've worked, depending on sock thickness)

I have other pairs of Sorels and know that I need to size up by one size (I'm usually a 7 but wear an 8). These were long in length and extremely narrow. Not to mention the back heel piece digging in to my acheilles. I'm very disappointed and will send them back.

sizing way off. I ordered up as recommended and it was still too small. I returned the first pair and ordered up even more. The boots arrived just before my trip and were still small. As I was leaving the next day I had to use them, and my feet hurt the whole trip. Very disappointed

Like the boot but way too tight in toe box. I ordered a full size up from my regular size and still too tight, I have narrow feet so this isn't usually a problem. I have had other Sorel boots that fit perfectly fine In toe box. Disappointed and am sending back.

These boots might fit an elf. I bought a 9.5 last year in the Caribou and they are huge. I tried these in a 9.5 and they are tiny. Disappointing

After reading reviews from others about how small these run, I listened and went up a half size. Even with the half size larger, they are still too small. How does a product have this many reviews concerning the size, and yet the issue is not fixed??

I was so excited to try these boots and ordered up a half size and a full size just in case. I don't have wide feet and have never had an issue with normal shoe width. The half size up was SO narrow my feet went numb. The full size up was finally wide enough, but way too long for my foot so my heel was sliding around. It's a shame because these boots are so cute and and appear to be well madethey all went back and I ultimately ended up with a completely different brand of winter boot.

I was super disappointed in these boots I ordered the Alpine color and was sad when I discovered they're the only color choice of this style that has no fur! Not sure why they're listed under the same style. I then had to pay for my return shipping - like I said, disappointing. Overall just didn't seem like a quality winter boot for me; not a lot of insulation, tight fitting (need room for wool socks), and the lack of faux fur inside made them a poor choice for Minnesota winters.

I had the older version of these boots from back in 2014. They were amazing so I bought another pair. The soles have greatly improved! The actual boot part for your foot is thin, small and uncomfortable. The quality and warmth is not there.

These are horrifically uncomfortable, narrow and have heel rub points that blister even through wool socks. I sized up (usually 10.5, got an 11) and I regret wearing them so im stuck with them. They're stylish for snow boots, but they're awful for fit.

Nice looking boot BUT I could not get my foot into the top. It was too small, tight, narrow - all of the above. Back they go.

Let me preface this review by saying that I tried. I wanted to love these boots, I really did. But I feel like I should start at the beginning. First pair of boots I purchased were the Slimpack ducks. They were great! I am an avid outdoor girl who normally plows through heavy forrest and usual thick mud with my dog, so I'm using these boots for what they are intended for, or so I thought. The forth time I wore my Slimpack ducks through some sticky mud I felt something wrong with the heel. I looked down and it was gone. The heel had come off somewhere in the mud so I had to hobble back to my car. No problem. I didn't want to make a stink so I just threw them in the garbage as they were even undonatable at that point. Fine, but now I'm out of some boots that I actually need. Against my better judgement I decided to give Sorel another shot, I regret it. I ordered these boots in size 7.5 AND 8, noticing they had that little note on there that these ran small I didn't want to have to hassle with waiting for the correct size in case of a mismatch. Size 8 my heels were sliding out so I stuck with the 7.5. I purchased these because they have a good grip unlike the Slimpack ducks. I was sliding all over the place in those so I thought these may be a better choice. Well, I didn't slip but now have the worst blisters on both of my heels. I know this isn't everyone's experience and I hate to leave a bad review, but I just wanted to let those who need some quality boots that didn't hurt to please consider going somewhere else. I tried, Sorel. I tried.
