I ordered these boots in a full size larger than normal. I usually wear 9.5 med width, but went with 10.5 med. The length was good, the sole is thicker and less flexible than some other styles (which is a good thing as it is more supportive). I tried them on using my custom inserts and they felt cozy and comfortable ... except that the right boot felt almost 1/2 size larger than the left. My right heel slipped up and down, and the whole boot felt sloppy big. Very odd because they both measured the same with a ruler. I don’t have this problem with any of my other footwear. I’m wondering if possibly the inside of the boots have differing cushioning. The slate color was very attractive, but they obviously weren’t for me.

After the first substantial snowfall in Indiana this winter, these boots kept my feet dry and warm - even without socks at all (yes, I hate socks). I'm a wide size 10, so I went up a full size so I have room for thick socks during the most blustery months. The boots lose a star because the laces suck - they are too short (39 inches), flat, and slippery. The laces don't tighten well and are too short to tie securely. I've ordered longer wave-shaped boot laces that should work well.

These are very sturdy and nice looking boots. Based on the reviews I bought a half size larger than my usual size and I’m glad that I did. They are definitely on the narrow side. These will be good in the snow and slush!

I had to order up half a size in order to get these since what I usually order was out. I had read reviews saying to order up half a size so I gave it a chance. These fit almost right. The heel is a bit loose and that is not surprising since I encounter it often. The toe box has just a wee bit more room than I need but that is the half size difference. The width is comfortably correct. They fit better than the last two pair of boots I've tried and they say they are waterproof so I'm hoping this winter I will be in better shape when I need to pull on boots. I won't want to wear them in snow because they are really cute and I won't want to "ruin" them but they will definitely be the go-to this winter.

I really wish I read the reviews before I purchased these for my daughter. Although we loved the style, they are super narrow and will need to size up at least half a size. Other than that, they are very stylish and she will get a lot of enjoyment out of them.

I usually wear an 11W, purchased these in an 11 regular and they fit fine except for a little tightness at the instep. I purchased these specifically for snow and to keep my feet warm in very cold weather, on first wearing in a NH snow storm they are not as warm as I’d hoped.

The toe box tapers usually a 10 is fine. But not this case. After wearing all day my toes feel crammed in and I was using a thin sock. And not on my feet for long periods either time I tried to wear them.
