This boot is cute! Poor quality. Do not wear them in snow, they shrink!! They were great when first purchased however once in snow they shrunk!! The returns can't happen since it's 90 days out... and warranty felt is a joke. So sad for what you pay!! I guess it's Sperry from now on!!!

I bought these end of winter 2019. Last week i found holes in soft material on both boots! Very disappointed as warranty is only 1 year and it's been a bit more than that. I would expect for the price they would hold up better than that.

I'm beyond disappointed in this boot. I have an old pair that I wanted to replace- size 8.5 which is a half size larger than I normally wear. I ordered the Tivoli IV in 8.5. They're too stiff and lack the plush lining of my old pair. Very narrow as well. I wore them on our visit to Idaho and ended up with three bruised toenails! AND my feet were frozen to the point of pain. Zappos was great about a return. I tried a size 9 which was still incredibly stiff and boxy and just too big. Sent them back, too. Sorel took a great boot and ruined it. I've moved on and I'm trying other brands. Don't waste your time and money on these boots!!

The left one fit but the right one was too narrow in the toe. This doesn’t happen with other boots.
