Super cute, always get tons of compliments when I wear them. I’m a true size 8 1/2, bought these in a 9 based on the reviews. I have not had to untie them to get them on. I use the tabs to slip them on and off. Over all they are comfortable. The only time I find them hard to wear is when I am driving. The ankles are VERY stiff and make it uncomfortable and awkward on my ankles, otherwise no complaints

I'm a big fan or Sorel, and these live up to my expectations from the brand. I will agree that you should probably go a half size up; I did and they fit great! The Curry color is not yellow in my opinion, which is what I was hoping for; they are more of an "untanned leather" tan color, which I didn't find very flattering. I was hoping for something like what's shown in the product image, which to me was kind of a "sunflower" yellow. I ended up with good ol' faithful: black. One grip I have with Sorel, is they often discontinue or modify the design of a shoe I find and fall in love with. Which always gives me FOMO every time I buy a shoe from the company and like it - when you make a good shoe, stick with it! You don't have to change it up every year! They've done this to me now, 5 times... Otherwise, great shoe, great company!

Bought a half-size bigger this year - huge difference! Also major sole and outer material upgrade from last years' version. Perfect for Pacific NW weather!!

I first ordered a 9, I normally wear size 8 (8 1/2 in running shoes) but I had to send them back- they were too small. So I ordered size 9 1/2 and I have worn them every day since. I take a 2 mile walk with my dog every day. The winter months in New York can be pretty hard so having boots that are warm, the tread is impressive and the fit are slim but work great for the stability that I need for my feet. I love love love these boots.

TTS. Can shovel snow or be outside for HOURS and not get cold feet. Worth their weight in gold.

These boots are perfect for winter! They do run about 1/2 size small. They hold up very well.

I normally wear a size 9 but ordered a 9.5 so I could wear thicker socks and they fit perfectly. The inside is super soft and they're super stylish. Love them!

Cute boots. They are comfortable and have a wonderful tred on bottom. I suggest ordering 1/2 size up if you want to wear thin socks and a full size up for thick socks. Love them.

It fit well and I have room for an insert to improve arch support.

I wound up returning these because they were SO NARROW. I ordered up half a size like other reviewers suggested and that resulted in the right length, but they squeezed my foot. I do NOT have wide feet by any stretch of the imagination but these are quite narrow. If you have narrow feet, then order half a size up and you will probably be happy. They were definitely warm and very cute...wish they had fit better!

I purchased the olive in my normal size it it was too small and stiff like the other reviewers mention. I would size up a half size, but even if I size up it doesn’t seem like it would be that comfortable. Too bad, it was very good looking.

At first, the shoe felt stiff and I couldn’t get my foot in. But after I forced my foot thru, it was comfortable and had no problems putting them on after the initial time. They aren’t the cutest, but look good with my snow gear. Also, they don’t keep your feet warm for long. We were out playing in the snow with the kids for a few hours and after an hour or so, my feet were getting cold. Overall I’m happy with these boots.

I wanted to keep these so badly!! Very sharp style and pretty comfortable. However, one boot was a little too snug and I knew it would not work. Since the other boot felt pretty comfortable, I think one size up would have been too big. From a practicality stand point, these didn't have a secure closure either and snow would possibly have in the boot too easily. If I was only looking for style I might try with the larger size, but...

Needed a half size larger than normal. Also, think these run narrow because my feet touch the sides and they rarely do in shoes (my feet are narrow-ish). Do t love the red tips on the laces I will probably replace them.

I bought a half size up hoping they would fit my wide feet. Nope! So sad these are going back. Sorel needs to make shoes in a WIDE!!!

As other reviews have mentioned, these boots run a bit narrower in the toe box. I ordered the Caribou in size 9, and those fit fine, even with heavy socks. The Tivoli are definitely a narrower, more feminine style. I tried the 9.5 and the 10. Definitely the 10 worked better for me, giving me more room in the toe box. A very cute boot!

Super cute, but even a half size up they were too small in the width. I also didn't think the footbed was all that soft/comfortable.

Having owned Sorel Tivoli IV for 2 years now and worn a couple of winters already, wish I had sized up a whole size rather than 1/2 size. It's likely the thick shear lining inside makes for a snugger toe fit and when worn with medium weight wool socks (I wear Smartwool brands), boot has tighter fit especially when worn for >3-4 hrs playing in the snow. You can always pull laces to tighten them for adjusted fit.
