Comfortable bootie, nice leather but too hard to get off and on. Not worth it. I did size 1/2 up to wear with heavier socks and the sizing worked well. I’m now on the hunt and think I found them in a different Sorel bootie.

They look like in the photo, they are comfortable and warm and easy to put on and off. What I was looking for - casual but stylish. I’m getting a second pair in black.

I really like this boot. It’s easy to get on, comfortable, versatile, and waterproof. I was concerned that my normal size would be too small after reading other comments. It actually is a touch big but not enough to be an issue. It leaves room to wear a thick sock if needed.

Lightweight boot and looks like it will live up to waterproof claims. It's simple, sleek and the wedge is comfortable. The shoe should wear well in a variety of casual scenarios. The pointed toe does make my foot look larger, but that's not unique to this shoe. Because it's a pointed toe, and because of prior experience with Sorel shoes I ordered a half size larger than my usual 9. Prior experience suggested fit would be far more comfortable in the toe box going up a half size, which was true for this boot also. I think wearing even thin socks in the size 9 would have made the toe area tight. I feel a little apprehensive about the sole because it was somewhat squeaky wearing around my tile floor. Perhaps, fingers crossed, that sound will lessen with wear/scuff/dirt.

Very stylish

I bought these for light hiking/a great deal of walking while on vacation in South America. I wanted something that would work for that but also would not look like I was wearing hiking boots to dinner. Although they are 'winter boots' I wore them comfortably in 60 degree weather and was more drawn to their waterproof nature (which seemed to hold true). I found them comfortable for 5+ miles of walking per day. You have to tug a bit to get them off and on but once on they were no problem. They did scuff a bit as the fabric is soft but overall this fit with the 'hike chic' aesthetic I was aiming for. Overall pleased with them.

These are a little plain, BUT they are very functional for a flat chelsea boot with tread. I especially like the little bit of brown on these too.

Take advice and size up 1/2 size! I originally ordered true to size and I’m not sure why, as I had read reviews regarding ordering up. I should’ve listened. I had to exchange for 1/2 size up and now fit is pretty perfect....foot bed is soooo comfy that it feels like memory foam. Zappos return/exchange was super easy and appreciated (I actually ended up changing the color as well with no issues). I gave 4 stars since the shoes are a bit difficult to put on and remove - adding a zipper would definitely be a plus. Also, they do rub my upper ankle if socks or pants are not covering the skin. I learned that the hard way and am still healing.

I have narrow feet with a high instep. Normally an 8 or 8.5. Went with an 8.5 and would even consider a 9 if I didn’t think they would be too long. As others have said, they were a little hard to get on. After the first day of wear my feet ached a bit (from all day pressure over the instep?). Hoping they relax a bit as they are cute enough to wear all day at the office and also work for my walk commute in the Midwest winter weather.
