These are so cute and I wanted them to be comfortable, but they were not. Just too narrow and short. Like the other reviews say, order up!! They are beautifully made and I wish fit.

I was told in the reviews to go up a 1/2 size so I ordered a 10 and it was way to large. I returned it and got the 9 1/2. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it as I want to see how the Sorel Joan of Arc feels. These are cute, but I really wanted more of a sneaker waterproof boot. I own another pair of Sorel's that I love, they fit great and have good arch support for me.

Cute, seems comfortable. No arch support, but you could easily replace the barely-glued-in insole with your own. Almost perfect, but one of the metal loops for the laces hit right at the wide part of my foot in an uncomfortable way. This might have loosened up / broken in after a few wearings, but I liked a different pair more, so I'm returning these.

Feels small by the toes. Squished on the top of my toes.

The fit is true to size. Cute shoes and very comfortable. Leather is soft.

I have had these boots for a year now, and they are just okay. They aren't very warm at all and the fleece isn't on the inside- only decorative on the outside. I don't love how they look, but could get over that if they were warmer. They do have great traction on the bottom. I love Sorel boots, but these just didn't do it for me.

I really wanted to like these booties, but they had an odd fit for me and felt uncomfortable.

Very cute boot, but not wide enough for me, and if I went up another half size, they would have been too long . Too bad!

I like these boots but there is no arch support at all! I need to purchase an arch support however since the shoes are a bit narrow (especially in the toe areas) I am afraid they will be too snug.

9 1/2 too small and I'm a pretty steady 9- 9 1/2.

For comparison with your own foot: I am a true 8.5, medium width but for a small tailor's bunion developing on the small toe side of each foot, very high arches, high instep. I tend towards over pronation and walk with a first metatarsal drop (meaning I strike the ground with the big toe side of my foot first, especially when running) for which I have compensatory orthotics. I am inclined to tarsal tunnel compression. These boots are really cute, but they are VERY narrow. I don't have particularly wide feet (but for the tiny bunions) and these were really tight across my forefoot. Other than the width, I thought they would have been perfect for the winter (once you waterproof the suede). Your mileage may vary, but I had to send them back.

These are going back. I wear an 11, and they just look massive. And they are too tight through the instep. I'm very disappointed. They look so cute on the website.

The soles are extremely firm, no cushion at all.

So far so good! I put them on and wore them around the house for a few hours. Right out of the box they were comfortable and by the time I took them off they had started to break in nicely. They are really comfortable, appear to be warm and claim to be waterproof, although I have yet to wear them outside. They are fairly stylish as much as functional winter boots can be! My only initial concern is the durability of the leather tabs holding the D-rings in place; something tells me they won't last long; hence the 3-star rating.

Wayyyy too narrow. Shoe length is good but wow are these narrow. The style is fun and cute and looks identical to the picture. Sad they were too narrow as they are adorable.
