I wanted a comfy waterproof boot for winter time city sightseeing - something that could go from museums, to parks, to dinner. This boot in black fit my needs perfectly. Am contemplating the brown ones for those weekends in the country. But a quick word on fit, I have a very high arch/instep so I had to get a full size up from my normal size (so I could wear with thicker socks).

Amazing rich color boots!!! You can dress these up or wear with a casual outfit!!!

I have been wanting a light colored bootie for a while, so when I saw these I couldn't wait to try them. I love the thick heel and treads, they feel so solid to walk in. Nice lift and details make them pretty while also functional enough to run around on my feet after small kids all day! Love the Natural Tan so much, just ordered the burro, too. This is my 8th different style of Sorels and I always look forward to the next season to what I can possibly add to my fantastic variety of boots & sandals. Thanks Sorel for making such an amazing product.

Bought these boots for a trip to NYC. ZERO issues. I'm actually writing this review while I'm here bc I'm shocked at how comfortable they are. Boots come unlined so i wear a thicker sock. Leather is very soft, they need zero breaking in. Five days of walking and no blisters from a brand new boot! I'm a true 9.5 and that's what i ordered, mayyybe could have ordered a 9 but then i would not have been able to wear a warmer sock. Definitely made the right choice. Very happy with purchase.

I love the look and feel of these boots. They fit great and are very comfortable. I get compliments all the time.

These boots are great. I've gotten tons of compliments on them. They're comfortable and I feel like I can wear them all day. Only advice is to wear a little bit of a taller sock, because then they're laced up a bit tighter, they rubbed the skin on my shin a little bit. But nothing a sock can't handle! I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about these boots. I've had by eye on them and finally pulled the trigger a few weeks ago and have been able to wear them a few times. I ordered a 7.5 in the Natural Tan. The one downside is that the Natural Tan is more of a suede and I live in Michigan, so it won't do well in too terrible of weather, but I'm able to wear them on dry days. I purchased the Joan of Arctic Wedge Chelsea Boot last year and these are a great alternative to the milder weather days! Each time I wear them I get so many compliments! Can't wait for my annual pair of Sorel boots next year!

Style, comfort and appearance of this Sorel bootie are top notch. True to size. Sorel is by far, best in comfort and style!

Love this boots! Wore them for the first time shopping on black Friday. I took an extra pair of shoes with me just in case, but I never had to think about changing. These boots were comfortable all day!

True to size, comfortable and stylish. I can comfortably walk the 30 minutes to work and keep this boot on all day. The heel is just the right height. I own many Sorels, but this one is my favourite.

This is as high of a heel as I can go. These are a lot of fun. Great with boot cut jeans or crops!

Cate is my latest Sorel boot purchase. I am never disappointed by their boots. I was able to see these in person prior to purchase. By far the brown boot is the most rich looking due to to contrast stitching and laces and the lovely colors in the stacked leather heel. I haven't worn them yet but they fit perfect.

Love the look of this boot. Ordered the Burro color and it's a nice dark brown which is what I was looking for. Fits true to size. They were a bit stiff when I first tried them on but I think they will be fine as I wear them more. Love Sorel boots and shoes!

I saw these when I was ordering some boots for my Sin and had to have them! Was so excited when I received them! I have had many complements on them already!

As soon as I saw this boot online I knew I had to have them! I couldn't decide between the black and the burro color but ended up buying the black. This is such a classic boot that I will be able to wear for years to come. It's a casual boot that I can dress up. Very comfortable and love the chunky heel.

I got these boots a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love wearing them. They compliment/match a lot more outfits than I previously thought they would and are very comfortable. I get compliments on them every time I wear them.

These shoes are stylish and very comfortable even for a long walks.

I love the look of this Cate Lace Bootie with its chunky 2 1/2 inch heel. It is sophisticated yet casual, enabling it to be paired with nice slacks or skirts or with distressed jeans. The quality of the boot is easily seen by the good grade leather and the stitching detail. I especially like the fact that this boot fits similar to the Joan of Arc Wedge boot, which I also have. This means that it is roomier in its width than other Sorel boots I have tried, making it a "true to size fit" for me. This boot is not just pretty, but it is practical too; the tread really grips when you hike or walk on slippery surfaces. I always get compliments - even from strangers - when I wear my Sorel boots. Can't beat the style or the price for this quality.

I love these! I initially ordered these in tan, and the unlaced Cate version in black. The unlaced version was a little too narrow/tight for me, but these laced ones gave me just enough room to wear them with medium-thick socks. They're comfortable (which is saying a lot because I never wear anything with a heel) and have great traction so I can wear them in the rain. They ran true to size for me. I recommend!
