They came tarnished. Not at all pretty or capable of wearing. Super disappointed.

HUGE in size, not at all realistic. Also, there's a "film" on the stones, looks like dried soap bubbles or something. VERY disappointed!

the back part keeps on falling off... almost lost an earring twice. Poor Quality! I am so disappointed.

The back pole broke off these earrings the second time I wore them. I was really disappointed, as they are beautiful. But I feel my money was completely wasted.

I thought they would be smaller. They take up practically your entire earlobe. Makes them look cheap, unfortunately.

I did not like the appearance of the stone. The cuts in the stone make it look like there are several black spots on them. Very disappointed that I can't even return them. I purchased them for a gift and won't even give them out due to their appearance.

They arrived broken and we're sold out by the time they arrived so couldn't be replaced. They're a perfect size, just unwearable in their current state. The first customer service person I talked to told me he could refund me 15% which ended up being about $2 or making a trip to the post office to get a full refund. I told him I would think about it, and when I talked to the next person she was wonderful and just refunded me the money without making me go through the hassle of going to the post office to ship them back.

These were a Christmas present for someone and I can't even give them. They arrived being two different colors. One was pink and the other was clear. Very disappointed. All sales were final so I can't even return them.

The size I expected through images was not the size in person.

I purchased these as a Christmas present for my daughter. I opened them when they arrived expecting to see the beautiful earrings that were shown in the advertisement. The reality was much different than the advertised product. There were multiple black flecks on the surface of both earrings. I was very disappointed as I thought any product for sale under the Kate Spade brand would be high quality. Definitely not the case with these earrings. Would not recommend this product.

I should have read the description more carefully! I didn't realize just how large the studs were. They're so large it looks tacky on. I wish I could return it but it is final sale.

The earring post is cheaply made. It bent when I was trying to put the back on it as it was in my ear. Now I can't wear them at all. Very unhappy with this purchase; I expected better quality.

I bought these thinking they would be pink like they are in the picture. Silly me, they showed up dark purple, I thought for a minute they were black and they just sent me the wrong earrings. Customer service said sorry, no, these are them... Not a thing like in the pic.
