i bought this on december 2 hoping i could use it on my friends's wedding but still didnt receive. Even if this arrives today i will be no longer needing them since I already left for outof town wedding. with that being said I need my money back! I love your product dont get me wrong, but your shipment time is horrible!

Never got my order and no one is helping me . I have emailed and never heard anything

This earrings are too big to stay on the earlobe with the back that was provided. They flop over and all you can see is the side of the earring!

The post is not long enough. (I have relatively thin earlobes). I cannot wear these earrings because in order to secure them, I have to put the back on so tight that it hurts!!

Firstly, I was disappointed that my three tiny jewelry pieces all shipped in separate packages, with TONS of packaging in massive boxes. The waste was incredible. Second, I expected a quality item purchasing from Kate Spade, and these look cheap, I would have paid $2 max for them had I seen them in person. The back has already bent from light use. Won't be buying Kate Spade jewelry again.

These earring fell apart quickly as it appears the silver slivers were just glued on the earring, they are completely unwearable now. I'm not rough on my earring as I only wear them mostly in professional setting, unfortunate as they were nice looking when worn.

Product was supposed to be a gift for someone yet it arrived missing two pieces on each earring and I immediately returned. Probably won't shop here again.

I had gem fall out of one of my earrings the third time I wore them. I was disappointed because I tired to reach out to the support team online and since I made an in store purchase they told me I had to take my earrings back to the store. I waited to do so until my next San Francisco trip. When I went to the store they informed me that it had been to long since I had purchased the earrings even though I have only worn them 3 times. They offer to have me buy the same pair of earrings 30% off which is perplexing because the same thing may happen again. I really like the style of earring and wished that they would have been replaced.

I bought these earrings in the "Red" and they were brown - immediately returned. The gems are also much cheaper looking than they appear in the photo. very tiny and you can see the foam they're attached to throughout the earring. Don't waste your money, even on sale.

I used the earrings once and loved them! Matched my dress perfectly. When I took them off, one of the stones was gone. :( Poorly glued! Now they are useless.

I was so excited about these earrings when I received them, but they are not well made for the price. The mother of pearl came right off after a few wears (it seems to just be cheaply glued on). I contacted KS customer service but I was only offered a 15% discount to buy more KS. Very disappointed.

I was really disappointed with the color of the earrings. They appeared purple on the website, but the look more of a rusty red...I can't return them because it was a final sale. I just don't know how the color could be so far off...

These earrings are too big on the ear lobe. They are also heavy on the ear. While they look cute in the picture, I do not suggest buying the.

Way smaller than samples in site photo. Haven't even unwrapped them. They are itty bitty like you'd put on an infant. Super annoyed. Last time I shop KS jewellery.

The item came defective right before my wedding. I was extremely disappointed to not get to wear them as my wedding earrings. The two were completely different colors.

I have a few pairs of Kate Spade earrings, that I love! These, however, terribly broke my ears out the first time I wore them (last Saturday) my ears are still in pain and broken out and it's been almost a week. These are VERY poor quality, not gold, and you should not get them if you have sensitive skin. Now, they will just sit in a jewelry box and never be worn again.

These earrings are much smaller than pictures make them out to be. Even though I bought them on sale, not worth the sale price and definitely not worth the full price. Also I've worn them maybe 3 times since I've purchased them and the gold is already wearing off.

Earrings are small but wide and sit on your ear oddly. I had my friend try them on and she really agreed. I would not buy these. Even with the sale price, you will never wear them

Like a lot bigger. These earrings are huge. These aren't dainty little studs, they're big honkin' earrings. I wish I had known this before purchasing #final sale#. I attempted to return them with an explanation but they were returned back to me. I also sent an email - no response. Too bad - I was going to give them to my niece as a gift.
