Its a nice shoe, but bulky. Returning because I wear slimfit pants, which doesn't go proportionally well with these shoes. They are fantastic quality though and look really nice.

I wear these boots to work and out casually. Great boot well made and fit to size. I have other Timberland styles and all are well build shoes. The only reason I didn't give this boot 5 stars is that it was a lot harder to break in. They rubbed my ankle bones a lot on the initial times wearing them. I've worn them about 8 times now and they are getting better but not nearly broke in yet.

Great looking boots but seem to run a bit small. Not quite a half size down but the inside of this boot is tight and hard to get foot in at first. They are still comfortable enough for an 8 hour day of work. This is compared to the basic 6 inch boot of the same size.

I disagree with the people complaining about the breaking in period. I put boot oil on them a few times and they were well broken in after a week or two. They look good and are comfortable. I'm not convinced they're totally waterproof but for the price I'm happy with them.

Boots are super stylish, I ordered half size bigger considering that i will be using winter socks and needed that extra space, but it was not needed at all and could have just ordered my actual size as they felt slightly big even with the winter socks on. Just had to tight it properly and no problem after that could work comfortably.

I bought these boots for the upcoming cold season and to diversify my footwear options. After reading other reviews, I decided to go a half-size smaller than usual which ended up working out perfectly. I would recommend measuring your feet in cm/in and then using the size guide to find what will work best for you. As with most leather footwear, you will have to bite the bullet as you break them in, so expect some discomfort for this first few days. I still find that the shaft of the boot irritates the lateral malleolus on both ankles, although I'm hopeful that this will go away with some more use. Overall I am very pleased with the product, the boots work with many styles and work well to keep out the cold as advertised.

These boots are very comfortable and light. They fit very nicely. I gave them 4 because I haven't really tested the waterproof part yet. I love these boots.

Good looking boot, fit good at the width of the foot however these boots are entirely sized incorrectly. I have been an size 12 all my life in every brand and type of shoe except this boot. I bought a size 12 and the boot actually fit like a 13!. I didn't notice the size difference because the shoe fit so snug around the foot while trying it on. Do not but your actual size, try a 1/2 size or full size smaller. Shame on a professional boot maker to get this so wrong.

Love these boots. They are super-high quality and look great. Comfortable enough to wear to work all day and also refined enough to wear out on the town. They keep the feet warm and dry. The only knock on these (as with other Timberlands I've owned) is that they run a little big. Knowing they run big, I got a half size smaller and wish I had got a full size smaller for an exact fit. But they still are comfortable and look good.

Timberlands equal quality. If you are the type of person who wants a long lasting, durable as heck, built to last type of show, just buy a Timberland!
I got this shoe and was impressed on how well built this tank of a shoe is. After dealing with other companies for year, I forgot how crazy the Timberland build quality is. Don't expect to keep this pristine for too long because you'll be using these for hikes, walks, jaunts, and anything else where you need foot protection. I bet you can fight a bear in these shoes and your feet will be ok.
Anyways, besides fighting bears, this shoe has a style and look as if Paul Bunyan were alive today. Lumberjacks and nature inspired stylists will flock to this shoe. Expect oohs and aahs when you wear these and drive off your Chevy Silverado.
All kidding aside, if this is the look you are going for, I'm confident that this shoe will outlast the style because of its impressive build quality.

This is my third pair of Timberland boots. They're all fulfilling different purposes, and these are excellent wet weather or even hiking boots. The fit is wonderful, as well as the overall comfort, something I've come to expect from Timberland.
These have excellent ankle support, so I wouldn't worry about wearing them for a long day of hiking. That being said, they do still feel a bit stiff. I imagine, being leather, they need a bit more time to break in (only had them a week), but currently they wouldn't be my preferred day-to-day boot.
I love the warm brown color. They do feel a bit more conservative in their style, so I'd probably rock my other pair for a night out, but when it gets rainy in the city, I'll go for these.
Highly recommend, especially if you're in need of a solid pair of multipurpose, waterproof boots!

I love the look and comfort of this boot and they look great with casual pants or jeans. There is one big issue. They squeak and the heal pops when I take a step. I tried inserts and leather treatment.

The photo depicted of the brown leather boot does not reflect the quality of leather of the boot i received. With that being said, I hope the Timberland quality of construction is still there. Again, I am somewhat disappointed at the leather quality but i can live with them.
