A nice enough bag, but didn't even come close to fitting my 17" laptop. Nothing but false advertising. For me, a complete waste of money.

This item was not described correctly. This is a really small backpack. I bought it for work and and my laptop does not fit in it. Other than that, great product. Really well made. Bought it to replace the TIMBUK2 messenger bag I have been using for the last 12 years or so.

Too small

I use bag to go to and from school (around a 25mins walk). First day of using, the bag was already linting noticeably on the back padding. Also, black is actually a very dark navy and looks more navy under the sun. Otherwise, the bag is nice for my use.

I owed one these with the smooth plastic fabric. After a few years the plastic started to separate from the bag all round the zippers and the straps. The bag looks hideous now and has lost its water repellency. Sent it back for warranty service and it was denied. If this is not a defect then the bag is not designed for long term use. I won't be buying another one of these.

It's very thin so it did not have enough room to make it functional for travel. The bag was also pretty rigid which made it pretty uncomfortable.. Returns are not free which I did not love.

I purchased the deluxe version form Timbuk2.com. I love Timbuk2 bags and own a few, never a complaint. This one, not so great. The material that is used on the bottom of the bag is completely coming undone. It sort of a rubbery material. All along the bottom of the bag, and along the seems is flaking away. It's a shame, I purchased this bag in November of 2020 and really due to the pandemic has really seen light use. I use it to carry my laptop along with some papers and folders to and from my office 2 times a week. It goes from my home to my car to my office and back. As for the rest of the bag I love the features but I would never buy another Timbuk2 bag that used this material on the bottom of the bag. I should have purchased the the standard version without this material on the bottom.

I was desperately seeking a new bag, as my old one ripped. I had heard amazing thing about these bags, so I thought I would try. Absolutely didn't work for me. My lymphedema was out of control, the pack was ok until a computer was in it, then it didn't fit well at all. I was consistently pulling the chest strap down as with the computer it felt like it was choking me. I am returning this week...
