Super cute shoe. Lights on one shoe went out after 3rd or 4th wear.

The shoes are good quality, very comfortable, suits for every day. But the colour combination is ugly.

My daughter was very excited for her new shoes, until she noticed the lights for not work at all on one shoes, and the other set only light up sometimes

I bought them as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, she wore them for three days and the lights stopped working on one shoe, she is very disappointed she is 6 years old. I am very disappointed also.

One of the shoes didn't work, had to wait 3 weeks for a response from customer service which ultimately was woeful and far from helpful

The heart light style simply do not work. They are poorly designed. I ordered one pair, the lights stopped working after 2 days. I sent them back for a refund and ordered a replacement pair. The Skechers return program is built on a hope and a prayer and I suspect I will never get my money back. I've had the replacement shoes for a week now, and the lights stopped working on these at some point as well. I'm not sending them back, since they are otherwise functional and comfortable, but I will never purchase these again. This is sad coming from a company that I've been willing to spend more money on for years because of the normal high quality that accompanies their products.

disappointed in the fact that the lights on the left shoe didn't light up

My 4-year-old loved these shoes when they arrived; she ran all around the house in them. Now, she hasn't even had a chance to wear them outside yet and the lights are already broken. Blows my mind that both shoes stopped working simultaneously. They were good one night; woke up the next morning and they were dead. And both shoes at the same time points to poor design, not one-off flaw.

I have bought 2 pairs of these trainers and have had to send both back because the flashing lights don't work !! Very annoying, frustrating and upsetting for my little girl.

I have ordered two pair of shoes for my daughter and size is did not work. Shipped back to get next size. I has been two weeks. Not notification if they have shipped next size. Very very bad customer support..Customer experience worst of my life. Customer support from 11 - 5 PST.take 45 mins to talk to some one.

Lights failed in less than a month of use, with one light stuck on. I contacted Skechers about obtaining a replacement set. ZERO response. I buy a lot of shoes for my 2 and 4 year old and Skechers was my go to but I will shop elsewhere now.

We purchased a pair locally as our daughter loved these shoes from a TV ad and once home one of the shoes only stayed lit up for a couple minutes then never worked again. We returned it and then ordered another pair online, after waiting a couple weeks for it right out of the box one shoe would not light up so now we have to return the second pair. It's less hassle to have a disappointed little girl by saying you are not buying these at all than to deal with constant returns of failed shoes. We have twelve pairs of Sketchers shoes in our home but unlikely we will buy any pairs again. Thanks Sketchers for the reminder to leave a review!

Rwceived with a defect

This is the second pair of this shoe that we've purchased and both times the lights have stopped working during the first day of wear. We have not had issues with any other light up shoes but would not buy this pair again.

One shoe doesnt light up. Needless to say it was VERY disappointing for my daughter and I. Within a few hours, the light went out!!! Garbage
