Perfect fit, I think the sizing is pretty good, straight on. My daughter absolutely loves them and they’re adorable on her. The lights are on the outer parts of both shoes and can go on and off via a little button on the strap, which is important as she can wear light-up shoes to school otherwise.

The shoes are very nice daughter she loves them. My only negative is I wish that the front lip around the shoe was a little thicker rubber. My daughter rides a scooter and they are showing a little wear already.
