This jacket looks great, but the inside sheds way too much. Will return.

I have loved these in the past and own three from past years. Ordered two new ones, sized medium last week. One was clearly smaller than the other and both were much tighter in the shoulder and arm than my old ones, so they didn't fit. The fabric pile was shorter, not luxurious like the old ones. One had a very icky looking BRIGHT metal zipper -- definitely not cool. The other had a bright white logo on the front, not tinted the color of the garment as in previous years. Sent them back.

I purchased this same style jacket about 11 years ago. Never had any issues with that jacket. I decided to get a new one since the older one is worn out now from the years or wearing it so much. They must have changed the material some because this newer one sheds so bad that I cannot wear it. I will sadly have to return it and try a different style this next time or just keep wearing my old one. It's just not wearable so that's why I think something changed with the material.

Yes, this jacket is SUPER soft and you'll love it. Until you wash it, then it will never be that soft again.

I ordered an L and XXL arrived. I returned it and it didn't come to me because they sent a different order?

Was very tight did not fit.

I ve always loved the Osito jackets from the north face. However this time it was totaly different quality. I washed it as usual in cold water, gentle cycle and it crumbled like an old sweater... I am still shocked. I would think it is a knock off but u did purchase it from the official web side. Left me very upset and wondering what is going on with this company...

It's like wearing a bulky blanket. Not stylish at all.

I thiught this was great. After wearing it it leaves lint balls everywhere!

First,let me say: I purchased this Osito jacket to replace one that was too small. This replacement is in the larger size is NOT constructed well. The pocket zippers which make this jacket an excellent one do not easily zip. These zippers were very hard to zip and unzip. I was very disappointed to return the jacket but without a zipper working consistently I could not easily access my phone or keys. FYI, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE NORTH FACE GEAR

i had it for a few days and it already had holes in it, only wore it once.

I've had this jacket for less then one month and the thread in the sleeve is already coming undone to no fault of my own. Other than that it's very soft and fits well. Just really upset it's already got a hole in it from the thread!

The inseam had a hole in it when I received it. Not happy with this purchase.

I really wanted this fleece, hoping the North Face plus size was equivalent to Nike or Columbia's women's plus size, unfortunately it is not. I am currently waiting on them to receive the return.

The jacket is comfy and warm, but it sheds on EVERYTHING! You name it: backpack, clothes, chairs, etc! Even a lint roller does not help.

I love my old North Face fleece but this new one sheds all over everything. I would not recommend it.

Love the look and fit, but the transfer of pills to seatbelt and other surfaces requires constant lint rolling of those is a huge negative.

Like I mentioned in the title. Very disappointing! Not like the original. Shiny lightweight synthetic fabric. Cheap details. Pockets no longer zip. Cuffs different. Waistband different. No more quality.

This jacket is so soft and pretty, and as a healthcare worker I am incredibly grateful to TNF for offering a healthcare worker. I chose the TNF white so it would look great with my scrubs. It does indeed look great: however, it sheds white fuzz horribly all over everything! All over my blue scrubs, my car seatbelt, everything! I've washed it according to the label instructions to see if that would help. It did not help whatsoever. The crazy part is that this is the 4th white Osito jacket I've purchased over the years as I've lost and gained weight. Only the first one did not shed and it was perfect. The last three have all done this. I just don't understand how you can't fix this problem. So disappointing, even at a great discount because it's unwearable. :(

I have no idea how they're allowing this jacket to be sold. At first I loved it, it fits perfectly and I loved how soft and warm it is. After a few days I realized the little black fluffs were getting EVERYWHERE. And I mean everywhere. All over my other clothes, my closet, my car, my seat belt. It is a nightmare. I thought washing it would get rid of the excess fluff. Made it worse and now I can't even wear it or return it.

This is made from a petroleum based fabric (polyester), yet Northface won't fulfil an order of employee gifts from an oil & gas business
