North Face why did you ruin a tried and true classic. My osito jacket from 2010 is amazing in terms of materials, quality construction and fit, everything is great. Love it so much I bought my mom and daughter one too. The 2010 jacket gets plenty of wear is so versatile and even with almost daily wear, it is still soft. I decided it may be something I'd like to have another for back up etc and so I purchased the 2020 black version. It is terrible, the fit is off, the quality is awful, it feels more than a half inch thinner in comparison with my old osito and the zipper feels cheap and thin like it may break around any moment. It is not as warm, it is not as comfortable and just everything about it feels and screams cheap quality. Probably won't last. I would purchase several if you bring back the previous design and previous quality soft and fuzzy material and sturdy zippers and zip cords that just feels more significant and durable. No thanks, back this goes. Very disappointed.

Purchased In Red. Received damaged. Was told it could be replaced, instead offered a credit and replacement is no longer available

I had past seaon it was nice.This time that satisfaction is not coming.Won't buy any more.Feeling sad.

A few years ago I purchased an Osito jacket and loved it, however the craftsmanship on this new one is poor. I've had it for less than a month and it seems that the seam on the arm has come apart. The jacket also sheds. :(

Why did you ruin a classic? This updated version has no zip cords on the bottom to make it form fitting. Seems less warm too. Please bring back classic!

Love the jacket but mine arrived clearly already worn and possibly already washed. The internal tag was mangled and not new looking and most disappointing was the fur was tangled and rough feeling, not soft like my other osito jackets. Maybe someone missed that it was a return and re shipped to me but I'm disappointed overall. Not sure if I'll go through the hassle to order another.

Thought quality would be better for the price. Very light and flimsy jacket.

I use this jacket for my everyday wear

I am very disappointed with this jacket! On first wear it shed fleece all over clothing and a backpack. I was traveling with it and could not change so I went cold rather than keep leaving fleece pills everywhere! I bought it for a trip and I am sorry I chose it.
