Nice jacket. It is very functional and the size is as suggested.

I chose this jacket because it is one of the few North Face jackets with a removable hood. The fit and size were great, and jacket is very good quality. Unfortunately, my husband didn't like how 'bulky' it felt.

This parka is the bees knees. The parka is the perfect material on the inside and outside. It is plenty warm, and there is ample room for comfort inside the parka as I could easily fit a hoodie or crewneck sweatshirt underneath if I wanted. I will be wearing this thing for a long time!

It is awesome. The XL is a bit large but perfect around the shoulders. I might order the L to compare. But is high quality, comfortable and altogether fabulous.

Warm, comfortable, and does not restrict movement.

Purchased for my husband and he loved it. The fur in the hoodie can be remove which is great. Nice length and very warm

Big. Runs quite big even for a man that is normally a large.

Very warm and cozy. I am 5'11" 165-170lb, slender build and I have long arms. The sleeves are just barely on the short side but passable; when I tried the large, it was way too big in the body, so the medium was a better fit. I live in Michigan and have been totally fine walking outside even in very cold weather. The hood is quite large.

To start, I'm 6'1 about 200+lbs, maybe 210 after the holidays, and the medium is a perfect fit. I would normally get Large. The jacket does run large, maybe a size or a half size too large, but in knowing that and knowing how Columbia's sizes are, I got the medium and I'm not swimming in it, it's not dumpy, the arms are the perfect length, and it just fits better; dear I say a little stylish? It's a great jacket and it'll be me winter go-to. I really like the length, the overall look and feel, plus I really like how warm it keeps me. I went with the black figuring that black goes with just about everything. The black isn't a rich, deep black. It has a subtleness to it, more like a deep charcoal. My recommendation, size down for a little style and comfort.

Being 6' 2" I find this coat fits well (XL) and it slightly long (which I prefer against wind drafts) and well contructed. It was put to the test in the past two weeks of near zero weather and only and added light flannel layer. Movement in the coat is great, the abundance of pockets it good for stashing cold weather gear into. I'm very glad I made this purchase, especially since my previous coat was not up to the task.

The parka is amazing! There are many pockets. The fit is just right. The color blue can be dressed up or down.
