This are so comfy I do a lot of walking for exercise and they definitely give me the support I need for walking on the pavement. I have flatter feet and the arch support is perfect, not too much like some shoes can have.

This is my 3rd pair of Hoka's. I have 2 pair of Clifton 5's, one regular and the other is the knit ankle both size 6.5. I've loved them both but they always felt a little large and the insoles rubbed callouses on my instep. The Clifton 6's in a size 6 are perfect! I've worn them on my 2.5 daily walks and have to say these are the best for me. I used to be loyal Nike fan but they've changed the styles so much I can't wear them any more. This company is also based in California so USA made which is nice. Hoka also just donated 50?80? thousand pair of shoes to healthcare workers!
I'd also recommend:
Birkenstock, sometimes Uggs, Toms

I was previously running in On Cloudflow's in which I started developing plantar fasciitis. I switched to the Clifton 6's and haven't had any foot pain since. I love the cushion and comfort of these shoes for running. My only complaint is that I did develop a large blister on the inside of my left foot (which I saw someone else comment the exact same thing.. odd that it's the left foot for other people too...). I have never worn Hoka's prior to this so I can't comment on past versions. One thing to note is that everything I read prior to buying said these run wide, which I was happy about but didn't find them to run wide at all when I got them. I would definitely recommend!

I walk a lot on dirt and paved trails. I usually wear Oboz day hikers but have been looking for a shoe that would do the same job right out of the box. After trying LOTS of shoes, these are the ones. Comfortable and light. I use my own inserts for added arch support. Great!

True to size. I had purchased the same shoe about 5 years ago and loved it. Bought the same size again - 1/2 shoe size larger than street shoes. The fit is the same. The cushioning terrific. I have terrible feet and with these I can walk for 1/2 - 2 hours without foot pain.

These shoes exceeded my expectations. They fit perfectly, they aren't too tight (My feet are a little wider) and it's feels like I'm walking on a cloud when wearing them. Super happy with his purchase!

The most comfortable sneaker I have ever purchased. So much cushion, great for running and walking. Love this brand now. I am a 8 in sneakers and it is true to size.

It's like running on marshmallows! In traditional trainers I would start having knee inflammation around mile 3. Now I'm running 10K and still not feeling any knee inflammation. These are a fantastic choice for an every day short distance (5k-10k) shoe. You can really feel the meta rocker spring into action when your form starts to get sloppy from exhaustion - I find it so much easier to keep my knees low and my heels high with the meta rocker. I also appreciate that there aren't any stitches to cause any hot spots on the inside of the shoe unlike many sneaker brands. I think anyone with a normal arch will agree with me in saying that the arch in this shoe is noticeable but not uncomfortable - I think it's the correct amount of arch/ankle support because it prevents pronation but doesn't chafe.

These were very comfortable running. I run about 15-20 miles per week and was looking for enough cushioning to help my joints. I ran 6 miles this morning and no knee or hip pain. The insoles were rubbing my arch and I’m hoping this goes away once I break them in. They also run a bit large. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9. I ordered these in an 8 and they fit perfectly.

When these Hoka One One Clifton 6's are on my feet, I feel like I am walking on a cloud. I like that they have a wider footbed and so none of my tootsies get squished. I chose a stylish color that goes with all the light blue colors in my clothing. I would repurchase again.

these shoes are great and I ordered a size 7 which is my typical size. I called and very kindly Zappos has agreed to exchange them. These are wonderful shoes but they run big.

This is my 4th pair of Hoka cliftons so obviously I like the shoe, especially for its cushioning. The fit works well for me.

My third pair of Hoka One Ones and my favorite! These shoes are so comfortable to run in. I usually put in an orthotic sole, but didn't on these. They are a little wide in the toe, but not enough to size up.

I love Hoka Clifton (and Bondi) athletic shoes. It is the only athletic shoe in my closet! I have had plantar fascitis and metatarsalgia over the years. Once I found Hoka shoes I have been able to resume all "on foot" activities. I just know I have to wear Hokas to take care of my feet. The Cliftons have a trimmer look with a firmer footbed. The Bondi shoes have a "plush" footbed which I use for really long distance walks (10-12 miles). I typically wear a half size down in Hokas and I did with this pair. I also wear a "wide" which these shoes also had. Hokas are known for a toe box which is roomy. Cliftons are an all around great shoe for walking, work outs and running errands. I haven't worn another brand in 6 years and don't plan to change. I do use a different insert as the Hoka inserts are adequate. I just need some extra support.
I'd also recommend:
Birkenstock, Clark's, Dansko, Donald Pliner, Born

Very comfortable shoe. I have issues with plantar fasciitis and work on my feet as a nurse. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Tried 8 different models of Hokas and chose the Clifton 6 as the most comfortable for me. Nice and cushiony with incredible side-to-side stability. Definitely will wear for jogging.
