They are very comfortable shoes. Lots of support in the heal to help get you through the tuff day on your feet...

Super lightweight shoe that’s breathable. I have Morton’s neuroma in both of my feet and I’m a 235 lb guy with size 14. These shoes are like heaven for my feet and the podiatrist actually recommended I continue to wear them. This is my 2nd pair of Hoka shoes and I think it’s safe to say that I’ll never go back to another brand besides them.

Great fit and feel to the Rincon........for those who are considering the Rincon or the Clifton (both provide great support and comfort), I'd offer that the Rincon is a more responsive ride and feel and find it better for those tempo/speed workouts........but you can't go wrong with either one.

Great shoes. Beginner runner so wasn't sure what I was looking for, and take this review with a grain of salt. Looks great, build quality is high from what I can tell and what I'd imagine for the price point. Feels like a long distance shoe as apposed to a sprint shoe? Lots of cushion feels good to run on. Had previously been running on some old nikes and after about 10 miles running on these, all of my various leg / feet / etc. pain has subsided. Good stuff!

Very comfy, light, fits well with lots of room on the width and length. The light part is the best

I wanted to move from a cushioned running shoe (Elevon), to a faster shoe that has some cushion. Rincon fits the bill. I am 6'2" at 190# and was a little reluctant to switch from my Elevons, but these were almost an imperceptible trade off to a faster/lighter shoe. Rincon's feel ever so slightly narrower up front, but this will likely disappear as they break in. Did a fast 10K the same day I received them, no issues at all (no blisters/soreness). 12.5 Blk/Wht Rincons purchased.

These shoes were amazing, and took the beating of hundreds of miles, and still maintained a good feeling of cushion and support. The combination of a lightweight feel, and cloud like cushion, along with an excellent upper and supportive 10mm heel drop make for one of the best shoes I have ever worn.

I am 50 and thought my running days were over. Previously after 3 miles i would feel strong pain in my calves. With the Rincon no more pain, just a very comfortable yet firm shoe. I am so hooked that i wear them everywhere.

I brought the mens version because I wanted black.. I usually am a 9 in women's and also have the Rincon in a women's 9 but it felt big after a few runs (I was going to order 8.5 in women's but no black) went down 1.5 in men’s to a 7.5. It is perfect and the black and side gray design is really a nice change. I am happy I took the chance and thank the Zappos customer service for helping me get these a little faster seeing COVID has affected the 1 bus day shipping I usually get. Perfect and appreciate the service *********!!! :o)

My headline says it all.
Great style, great looking, super light, easy to run in, comfy, great support of foot all the way up to the hip! I wish there was a little more resistance of the bend at the toes, but still better than most (I'm particularly picky about this point because of a hairline fracture, so I don't mark it down as 90% of the people will never notice it, and if you are like me these are STILL GREAT SHOES, so get them!).

Fit was perfect! Stepped in mud on one of the first few runs and it washed right off plus didn’t add any noticeable weight when they were soaking wet. These are definitely marathon-worthy.

Okay, I've recently become completely consumed with running & everything that's associated with it. I watch every running YouTube's out there & have spent way too much money on running gear especially running shoes. Unfortunately with the current "shelter in place" initiative I can't go to a specialty shoe store geared to running so I've ran (no pun intended) the gamut watching YouTube reviews to figure out which shoe would work best for me. Being new to running I never heard of Hoka but I'm glad I clicked on the right video. Originally I went with the Carbon X but found I'm not ready for those yet. The next pair I got were Rincon's & let me tell you...it's like butter. I've had other brand running shoes when I was just a treadmill runner but now I'm running on the mean streets of San Francisco so I need good cushioned shoe & those are the Rincon's. I got them today & they feel great....only slight issue is the right shoe is little tight on the ole' pinky toe but not on the left....I'm going to try maybe a thinner sock, I'm currently wearing some darn tough socks meant for hiking so they're probably too thick...anyway, Rincon's are great & Hoka has it on lockdown with color ways...Man! there are some ugly shoes out there. Highly recommend these, tell a friend :)

Have run in various versions of Clintons, Bondis, Speedgoats, Challenger ATRs, EVO Mafataes, Stinson ATR, Torrent, Mach, Nepali. Lots of Hokas. The Rincon is fantastic. Wider, roomies, and more flexible than most Hokas. It runs more naturally and with more room for toe splay than any other Hoka I've tried. I really like it as a replacement for Challenger ATRs. I've been running on mixed road and trail with the Ricons. I like them better than any other Hoka trail shoe I've run in before. I'm not sure if its the flexibility or room for toe splay but I find them to be significantly more stable on trails than any other Hoka. The Rincons fit and are minimal structure is much more like Altra, which in my view is fantastic and long awaited. They also run smoothly with a very nice transition. I don't feel forced into one particular foot strike and can switch fore to rear better than other Hokas. EVO Mafate 2s are still probably faster but less versatile.

I usually have the Clifton 6 for slow and long training days. About a week or two before my local thanksgiving 10k, I noticed that all my racing shoes were worn out badly. This is where I discovered the rincones. They are fast, light, surprisingly cushioned, but most of all, budget friendly. I hit a 32:08 with my distance being 6.24 miles. Now I keep this shoe constantly in rotation as it has helped prevent injuries. I'm really looking forward to the next generation of rincons!

The fit is exactly right. The soles feel springy and responsive, and after over a month of hill running I don't have any impact-related knee pain. I really like the breathable mesh the uppers are made of, and as far as I can tell these are the perfect road shoe for me.

i'm a fairly new runner only running a few years. Have dealt with all sorts of planar fasciitis issues. Finding a comfortable shoe was a must. I have Speedgoat2, Evo Mafate, Clifton 6, but then I tried the Rincon. Within the first run it made me want to run more. Fit amazing out of the box. These shoes have become my mainstay running shoe. Always comfy, always supportive, 180 miles later they still feel amazing under me. I wish there was a better way to make the midsole last longer but it doesn't seem to affect performance at all. Would love to see a carbon plate version of this shoe, otherwise i'm going to be buying this model over and over!

This is the first week of wearing these shoes. First pair of Hoka's and they are excellent thus far. Very true fit and width. Super light and comfortable for street/track running and aerobic workout.

IMO all Hoka One shoes are the best ever. I’ve run for 46 years and have run in most brands. None are as comfortable as the Hoka One. Even with all the cautioning, it’s also a VERY stable shoe. As for the Rincon, it’s a great, light shoe with a good response that can serve you well from track workouts to half marathons. For marathons, I’d choose Bondi first and Clifton second. The Clifton is lighter than the Bondi, slightly less than 2 ozs. (10.9 vs 9.1). I’ve done the math and the lighter shoe, assuming a 4 hour marathon time will save you 30-60 seconds for the marathon. That’s nothing - make it up at aid stations and know the course well so you can run the shortest distance. Most people will run at least 26.5 miles in a marathon. The minuscule time gained is not worth all the additional impact of the 45-50k strides you’ll make. And your feet, knees and hips will thank you.
