I'm very happy with this coat. It's light weight but warm. I love the color I got camel brown. It is also very flattering! I'm 5'3 and around 140 ish medium fits perfect.

"Nice jacket " I do really like this jacket it looks great on! Not a real "poofy" coat and yet still warm enough for cooler weather. I only wish it ran a little bit larger in size. Seems a little bit on the small side thats all, all in all a beautiful jacket and I LOVE wearing it ...alot!

It fit great in the shoulders but when I zipped it up it was too tight on the hips. I wish It had more room because it's a great looking jacket!

I like this coat. The drawstrings at the waist make it so flattering and not frumpy. I really wish the whole coat was lined with fleece because when you put your arms in it, it can be chilly. Also, the leather cord-locks on it have already worn out a little. (I bought this about 1 month ago.) I chatted with support and you can't buy replacements for them. So I guess they just won't be there when they wear out? little disappointing.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
This jacket had great potential, but it's cinched in at the waist in a very silly-looking way - like 1800s era clothing? Even when you loosen the sides it has a permanent curve in it.

I love the color and length of this coat. Please note that only the top is Sherpa lined not the whole coat!!

Light-weight, but seems like it will be warm for fall. I'm short so it comes down over my backside. Im about 4,9 140 lbs. Not bad. Just waiting for the weather to cool down. It does have a strong smell. I've let it air out for a couple of weeks, but it still does smell.

I like the soft feel of the coat and it's a nice weight to fall between a heavy winter coat and a light spring jacket. I also like that the style doesn't scream "winter". I'm always cold but don't want to wear a down jacket in May! Unfortunately the shoulders run small, I'm 5'3 and 107 lbs (sz XS or SM) and ordered the medium. I have broad shoulders and long arms, so I usually like to go up a size so that I can layer. With a sweater on, I felt that the jacket's shoulders were tight and not comfortable. I'm not sure that I'd reach for this jacket when my other ones are more comfortable to wear which is too bad because I really like the style!

Jacket fit great in the shoulders and chest but was too narrow around my hips. I don't have particularly large hips either, so that was surprising. Sizing up made it too big everywhere. Nice, well constructed jacket otherwise.

This jacket should have been perfect for me: the right weight, look, water-repellant shell, etc. But Columbia manages to muck up the fit of their jackets consistently.
This was a little on the long side for me because I am better off with a petite. I could have lived with the length - and even the sleeve length was tolerable for me, and I am just over 5' tall.
The problems were the shoulders and the bottom edge. I bought a medium which should have given me a bit of room to spare because I often wear small - but no, tight in the shoulders! How poorly-designed! And the overall fit was so narrow and straight that the bottom hem circumference was not as comfortable as it should be. I have never run into this before, but two jackets in a row from Columbia. I give up.

When I opened the package, the coat had an offensive odor. Smelled like sour milk. I contacted customer service. They were extremely accommodating told me to wash the jacket and if the odor was still there, I could return it. They sent a return mailing label. The odor is gone after washing, my problem now is the fit. The top of the zipper does not lay flat. It rubs against my chin and is very irritating. I don't know if I can return it because it has been washed. I think a smaller size might be better.

While I liked the color and fabric this coat had a strange fit. I returned it. I probably needed a petite size.

The jacket was too thin, not warm enough. Please consider posting cold-weather ratings for jackets, like L.L. Bean does.

Disappointed with the quality control. I'm not sure why damaged products are being sent out.
